Job Title: General Administrative Virtual Assistant
Work from home? Yes
Salary: Starts at $4 per hour (USD)
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (PST TIME)

Initial Responsibilities:
- Use empathy, listen, and understand what the customer wants.
- Handling sales and customer inquiries.
- Take all inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers
- Customer service: responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Use the H.E.A.R.D. method when dealing with customers.
- Operations: Managing cleaning teams, being an intermediary between our teams and customers, and managing our schedules.
- Assisting US staff consultants with their day-to-day schedule

Job Requirements:
- Must have exceptional English communication skills
- Must have a CAN-DO attitude or be a team player
- Can WORK UNDER PRESSURE and in a super-fast-paced environment
- Can multi-task and can work independently with minimum supervision
- Must have good decision-making skills and can THINK outside the box
- Self-motivated and RELIABLE
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- A love for learning and the ability to accept constructive criticism or feedback
- Vacation Rental/Real Estate/Property management VA or Call center experience (6 months or preferably longer)
- Proficient in Microsoft/Google PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Doc.
- Well-versed in using AirBnB platforms and the like

Tech Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i5 processor
- Stable internet connection of at least 50mbps
- Private and Quiet Work Environment
- USB headset with noise cancellation feature
