Week 3 highlights: Recharge your Spiritual, Emotional, and Physical!

A sneak peak of everything we did last November 17 that taught us how we can effectively balance the three dimensions of health: keeping our emotions regulated, being physically healthy and more importantly being spiritually stable. Keeping these three balanced, will help us "Love the Lord our God with all our heart and with all our soul and with all our strength." Deutoronomy 6:5.

Period kapatid, kasama natin ang Diyos that's why wag tayong matakot sa lahat ng sitwasyon kung saan dumaranas tayo ng hirap, sakit, kapighatian at sa lahat ng problema dahil may malaking plano ang Diyos para sa atin

Remember kapatid, kung nasa Diyos ka hindi ka dapat matakot o mabahala kung ano ang pwedeng magawa sayo ng kaaway, makapangyarihan ang Diyos na mayroon ka, He is conqueror, He is powerful, He is mighty and All knowing God.

Kapatid, huwag manahan sa atin ang takot, bilang isang mananapalataya ay para na tayong mga sundalo ng Diyos na handang lumaban at manalo kasama Siya, because no one can defeat us because God is with us.

Believe it or not, God has the most Amazing plan for you. Each thing and everything is planned by God.

Yes! Lahat-lahat ng nangyayari sa'tin ngayon ay kasama sa plano Niya. Hindi man natin maintindihan ngayon, marami man tayong tanong na nabubuo sa isipan natin na kung ano ang dahilan kung bakit nangyayari ang mga bagay na ito. But Jesus want your trust. He wants you to believe and rely to Him, because He is in control. Alam Niya ang nararanasan mo dahil naranasan na Niya iyan. Alam ng Diyos kung paano paiikutin ang buhay mo kasi Siya ang lumikha sa iyo.

He knows the things happened in your life, even in times you feel the brokenness, you encounter struggles, even experiencing worse suffering. Alam Niya lahat iyan. At alam Niya ring KAYA MO. At talagang kaya mo dahil alam mo sasarili mo na nandiyan Siya para sa'yo at hindi ka Niya iiwan.

All you need to do is to be still. Maniwala ka na kaya mo at lalong kaya Niya. Sapagkat kung ngayon palang susuko ka na, hindi mo malaman kung paano magmahal ang ating Panginoon. Hindi mo malalaman kung ano yung plano Niya sa'yo. Hindi mo alam kung paano Niya mapapatunayang posible yung inakala mong imposible.

Hindi mo man alam kung ano ang tunay na dahilan sa mga nagaganap sa buhay mo, at least alam mo na Siya yung nagsusulat.
