As we close another month, let’s come together and bring everything before God. The answered prayers, the unanswered ones, the victories, the challenges, and everything we are trusting Him for.

Let’s end August by seeking His presence, giving thanks, and praying with faith for what He has promised upon our lives.

Called to Courage: Strength to Faithfully Serve God
Called to Courage: Strength to Faithfully Serve God

In Joshua 24:14-15, Joshua called God’s people to make a clear and decisive choice: serve the Lord. They had experienced God’s faithfulness, and now they were challenged to respond with faithful obedience.

We can easily delay what God is calling us to do, waiting for the right time, the right circumstances, or the right amount of strength. But following Jesus means choosing to serve Him today, not someday.

Our circumstances may change, but God remains faithful. Happiness is shaped by what happens around us, but peace comes from knowing Christ in the midst of what happens.

The story of Scripture reminds us that we cannot obey God perfectly on our own. But through Jesus, we have received grace, and by His power, we can now walk in obedience.

So choose today. Trust His grace. Walk in His strength. And faithfully serve the One who first called us.

WEEK 4 | Spiritual Foundations: Jesus and The Cross

From knowing who Jesus is, to understanding what He has done: as our King, Prophet, and Priest; His atoning work on the cross; and the beautiful truth that through Him, we are justified and adopted as God’s children.

A week of knowing Christ deeper, remembering the cross, and standing in the grace of the Gospel.

Jesus is not just our Savior. He is our King, our Redeemer, and our Father’s gift to us.✨

Please be advised that there will be no Prayer Meeting on August 19 (Wednesday) as our staff and pastors will be having their Strategic Planning on August 18–19.

Let’s continue to cover them in prayer as they seek God’s wisdom, direction, and guidance for the season ahead. Thank you, everyone!

Called to Courage Week 3: Strength to Fight Again

Courage is not the absence of fear, but the strength to keep moving forward despite it. Israel’s failure reminds us that before God gives us the strength to fight again, He often gives us the grace to face what went wrong. Strength begins when we stop hiding, confess our sins, and surrender our failures to Him. Through Christ, we are not condemned but restored, renewed, and reminded that falling does not mean our story is over.

God calls us to rise again with renewed obedience to His Word, trusting that He is the true source of every victory. When failure attacks our courage, may we remember that His grace is greater and His strength is enough.

As we reflect: What failure, sin, or disappointment do we need to surrender to God today, and how is He calling us to courageously follow Him again?

WEEK 3 | Spiritual Foundations: Creation, The Fall and Sin.

Another meaningful week of Spiritual Foundations! This time, we went deeper into Creation, the Fall, and Sin.

From discovering the beauty and purpose of God’s creation to understanding how sin entered the story and affected humanity, every discussion opened opportunities to reflect on who God is and how deeply we need Him.

What made this week even more exciting? Seeing every table come alive with questions, reflections, and engaging conversations. Each student had something to share, something to discover, and a growing desire to know more about our amazing God.

Whatever your week has looked like, you can rest in the truth that God’s grace is enough.

God’s Word strengthens us. God’s Church carries us. And prayer brings us together. 🤍

This Wednesday, let’s come together as one Church—not only to pray, but to be reminded of the truth of God’s Word, encourage one another, and seek His presence together.

As we gather, may we be strengthened by His Word, renewed in His presence, and reminded that we do not walk through life alone. There is power when the Church gathers in faith, worship, and prayer.

Bring your family and friends, and come ready to hear God’s Word, pray with one another, and fellowship as one body in Christ.

Come as you are. Come and be part of God’s Church. We’d love to worship and pray with you!

Called to Courage | Week 1
Joshua 1:1–9 | Strength to Move Forward When Courage Feels Out of Reach

There are moments when moving forward feels impossible—when the responsibility ahead feels too big, the uncertainty feels overwhelming, and courage feels out of reach.

But look at how God met Joshua in Joshua 1.

In Joshua 1:2
God called Joshua to take the next step in obedience.

In Joshua 1:5
Before Joshua could face what was ahead, God reminded him that he would never face it alone.

Joshua 1:6–7, 9
God called Joshua to courage—not because Joshua was strong enough on his own, but because God was with him and His Word would guide him.

Notice the order: God calls us to move, assures us of His presence, and strengthens us to be courageous.

Maybe you're standing at the edge of something new today—a difficult decision, a painful transition, an unfamiliar season, or a responsibility that feels bigger than you.

You don't have to find courage within yourself.

So arise. Take the next step. Stay faithful to His Word.
And remember: your confidence is not in how strong you are, but in the God who goes with you.
