𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐕𝐈𝐑𝐆𝐈𝐍 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘 | 𝐒𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 𝟖

With joyful hearts, we gathered as one parish community to celebrate the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our beloved Mother and model of faith.

Our celebration began with the Mañanita and the offering of flowers, followed by the procession and celebration of the Holy Mass. Through these simple acts of love and devotion, we offered our prayers and gratitude to Mama Mary as we rejoiced in the gift of her life.

May Mary continue to accompany us in our journey of faith, guide our families, and lead us always closer to her Son, Jesus.

Sa alas 6:00 sa buntag, gipahigayon ang Balaang Misa alang sa pagpanamilit sa imahen ni San Francisco de Asís. Human sa Misa, gihatud ang imahen ngadto sa Tabing, Tabango, Leyte, diin mainiton usab kining gisugat sa mga parokyano sa Holy Child Parish.

Usa kini ka matahum nga pagpadayon sa panaw sa pagtuo ug debosyon, diin ang imahen ni San Francisco de Asís nagdala og panalangin ug naghiusa sa mga magtutuo sa lain-laing komunidad.

San Francisco de Asís, mag-ampo alang kanamo ug uban kanamo sa among pagpanaw sa pagtuo. 🤎🙏

A day filled with laughter, shared moments, and strengthened bonds, reminding us that despite coming from different communities, we are 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐄𝐂, 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭.

The Feast Day of Santa Maria Toribia de la Cabeza was a meaningful celebration of faith and community, with the Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Msgr. Hipolito A. Remandaban, III, PC.

In his homily, Msgr. Remandaban reflected on the BEC as a community where Christ’s disciples pray together, listen to the Word of God, help one another, and care for those in need. He emphasized that leadership is not about power or recognition, but about humble service, highlighting the quiet and faithful contributions of women in the community.

He reminded the faithful that the BEC is called to be the hands and heart of Christ, bringing His presence especially to places where there is injustice and corruption.

May we continue to walk together in faith, service, and love.
