And behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee to the place which I have prepared.
Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions:โฆmy name is in him.
But if thou will indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then will I be an enemy to thy enemies,โฆan adversary to thy adversaries.
For my Angel shall go before thee,โฆ
12 God speaking here to His servant, MosesโฆIt was a time thatโthat the children of Israel got away from God, and got away from His precepts and so forth, and had becomeโฆgotten in trouble, and were down in Egypt in the Egyptian bo***ge. And there come a great need. As long as they were faring sumptuously and had need of nothing, why they went along all right.
But when Godโs prophetic time come to pass, after He promised AhaโAbraham that his seed would sojourn in a strange land for four hundred years, and He would bring them out by a strong handโฆThen when the hour of the time of the promise drew nigh, there rose up a Pharaoh who didnโt know Joseph.
No matter how impossible it seems that it will not be, when the time of the promise draws nigh, God will make things heap up to fit His prophetic promise. Do you believe that? He always does. He alwaysโฆItโs always that way.
