[9] “Umasa kayong aani ng masagana ngunit kayo'y nabigo. At ang kaunting ani na iniuwi ninyo ay akin pang isinambulat. Ginawa ko iyan sa inyo sapagkat abalang-abala kayo sa pagpapaganda ng inyong mga bahay samantalang ang Templo na aking tahanan ay pinababayaan ninyong wasak. [10] Iyan ang dahilan kaya kahit hamog ay hindi kayo napapatakan, at ang inyong mga pananim ay hindi lumalago.

What it means to know Jesus?
To gain Christ v8b - knowing Him personally.
To be found in Christ v.9a- justification, union with Christ, positional (from Adam to Christ)
III. To know His resurrection power v.19a
- sanctification, daily experience thru the Holy Spirit. Saying "NO" to sin.
-sufficient to enable believer to live a life pleasing to God
IV. To share in His suffering v.10b
-(not to practice penitence)
- way of sanctification where we can also experience, rejection,
The world will treat us as they treat Christ.
V. Becoming like Him in His death.v.19c
- not our will, sacrifice
Christ is to be seen in our life.
