iCare- Commission on Youth Diocese of Novaliches is one of the finalists of the 14th Search for Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations Awards under the Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Category.
iCare- Commission on Youth Diocese of Novaliches is one of the eight-banner programs of the Diocese of Novaliches – Commission on Youth. Their program, YESNova is a continuous program providing livelihood trainings, job fairs, community service and spiritual formations to the out-school-youth and unemployed individuals living in the diocese. The group organized culinary, housekeeping, caregiving and massage trainings to deserving youth in the area as long-term courses. Short-term courses such as handicraft making, make-up tutorial, nail care, and food processing were also introduced. These programs were accomplished through collaboration with different TESDA-accredited training centers and professionals. To date, the group produced 100 graduates since 2010.
