Another meaningful afternoon at Makiisa, Magbasa: A Summer Reading and Literacy Program for Barangay Pinagkaisahan.

Our hearts are full after a successful second session with the kids -- made even more special by the presence of author Yna S. Reyes , who personally read her beautiful book to the children and shared stories that sparked imagination, laughter, and conversation. Thank you, Ms. Yna, for generously giving your time and heart to our little readers.

We would also like to thank Mindy Leonor of OMF Literature for dropping by and showing support to the program. Your encouragement means so much to us as we continue creating spaces where children can discover the joy of reading and storytelling.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, volunteered, and participated. Truly, God continues to use stories, community, and simple acts of love to plant seeds in young hearts.

A fun-filled afternoon of stories, laughter, games, and learning through our “Makiisa, Magbasa” Book Reading Program at Brgy. Pinagkaisahan Daycare and Livelihood Center 📚✨

Together with the kids, we read “I Am Scared” by Joi Irong — a beautiful reminder that even in our fears, God is always with us. 💛

Seeing the kids engage, learn, and have fun made this outreach truly special. A huge thank you to our generous sponsors, OMF Literature and Hiyas, for providing the books and helping make this outreach possible.
