The Manila Incubator resumes this week as our cohort gathers again for Cycle 2 of a two-year journey together.

The City to City Incubator brings together church leaders from the same city to learn, reflect, and grow together in gospel-centered ministry. Through shared learning, honest conversations, and mutual encouragement, we pray that God will continue to strengthen leaders who long to see the gospel renew our cities.

Please pray for this cohort as they continue the journey.

What a year it has been!

We thank the Lord for His sustaining grace through the very first CTC Philippines Manila Incubator cohort.

These brothers journeyed together for over 10-months to cultivate gospel community, reflect on the richness and depth of the Gospel, and explore ways to apply it in their respective ministries.

We are excited for what’s ahead!

Many churches subscribe to gospel doctrines but do not have a ministry that is shaped by, centered on, and empowered through the gospel. Its implications have not yet worked their way into the fabric of how the church actually does ministry. These churches’ theological vision has likely arisen from something other than sustained reflection on the gospel.”

The Manila Incubator cohort has been meeting once a month to explore the implications of the gospel in their respective ministries. Please pray for every trainer, church planter, pastor, and elder involved in this cohort.

During this month’s Movement Leaders Meeting, City to City Asia Pacific recognized pioneers of the movement starting from Redeemer Church Planting Center to now various regions of the globe. We’re glad for the Lord’s work here in Manila and we’re excited for His next steps. The future is bright!

We have more than 24 Filipinos joining the biggest intensive yet, participating in all capacities I.e. observers, training, coaching, faith and work. But here’s Pastor Z with one of our guys doing the church planting tract in full: Jc Berdan! We praise God for him and we look forward to seeing how this training will shape him, his family and his ministry ♥️
