"PAANO PO BA MAGING LEADER?"
✨First, you can be a leader if you have a DESIRE.
Importante ito para kumilos si Lord sa buhay mo. Mahirap kasing mag-lead kung itinulak ka lang.
Kailangan, desire mo talaga. Kasi kung desire mo, alam mo na kahit anong problema ang dumating, hindi mo ia-abandon ang calling mo ng basta-basta.
At kapag desire mo, gagawin mo lahat ng ways para matuto at mas lumago pa. Hindi mo lang i-intayin na i-train ka kundi, ikaw mismo ay hahanap ng paraan para mas matuto pa.
👉"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." - Psalm 37:4 🌷
✨Second, you can be a leader if you are AVAILABLE.
Remember, na kapag gusto mong mag-lead ng mga tao, talagang kakain at kakain ito ng time mo.
Lalo na kapag kailangan mong mag-cell group, o di kaya mag-visitation or handle one on one mentoring.
Kaya dapat ready kang mag-commit. At available ka sa mga oras na kailangan mong magturo or mag-encourage sa iba.
Mahirap na may desire lang pero hindi naman available.
Kailangan kapag gusto mong maging leader, you will make a way to prioritize and show people that you are passionate to do what God has called you to do. :)
"And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” - Isaiah 6:8
✨Lastly, you can be a leader if you have a HEART for God and for others.
Importante ang PUSO sa paglilingkod. Hindi lang kasi mahalaga ang posisyon sa pagiging leader kundi ang reason kung bakit mo ito ginagawa.
Hindi para tingalain ka ng iba kundi upang paglingkuran sila. It's all about serving God and serving others and not the other way around.
Kaya nga we have to learn how to surrender our hearts to GOD. Para mas maging pure ang motive natin at mas glorify natin siya as a leader called by His grace.
👉"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." - Proverbs 3:5-6 🌷
Simple lang di ba? Kaya 'wag kang ma-pressure. :D
Dahil kung diyan ka tinawag ni Lord, tutulungan ka Niyang magampanan ito ng maayos.
