🔥 SERIOSO SI LORD. AND THAT IS MERCY.

“This is how you will guard the people of Israel from ceremonial uncleanness. Otherwise they would die, for their impurity would defile my Tabernacle that stands among them.”
— Leviticus 15:31 (NLT)

When I read this, I paused.

Grabe.
God was not playing.

But here’s what struck me:

He said, “guard the people.”

Not control them.
Not shame them.
Not embarrass them.

Guard them.

Because when Glory stands in the middle of the camp,
standards are not optional.

Holiness was never about being religious.
It was about protecting Presence.

And leaders must understand this.

If impurity defiled the Tabernacle,
the people would suffer the consequence.

Why?

Because proximity to Glory requires alignment.

The closer God dwells,
the more careful we must become.

As leaders — pastors, parents, mentors, shepherds —
we are atmosphere guardians.

What we tolerate shapes culture.
What we excuse becomes normal.
What we normalize eventually governs us.

Sometimes we think,
“Small thing lang man.”
“Normal ra man na.”
“Grabe pud ka-strict.”

But when God lives among the people,
there are no “small” compromises.

Because small compromises
slowly desensitize hearts.

And when hearts grow dull,
presence feels distant.

Leviticus is not about a harsh God.

It is about a holy God
who chose to dwell among His people —
and loved them enough to warn them.

Seriousness is mercy.

Protocols protect people.

Standards guard glory.

And as leaders,
we don’t enforce holiness to control others.

We uphold holiness
because we value the Presence that stands among us.

🔥 When Glory lives in the middle of the camp, leadership becomes guardianship.

🔥 WHEN GLORY DWELLS AMONG US, STANDARDS RISE.

Holiness is not control.
It is protection.

What we tolerate shapes culture.
What we normalize governs atmosphere.

Serious leadership
guards the Presence.

Because when God stands in the middle of the camp,

nothing is “small.”
