๐๐š๐ฑ ๐“๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ฆโ€”โ€œPeace be with youโ€โ€”is a cherished Christmas tradition observed by our altar servers during the season of Christโ€™s Nativity. Beginning on Christmas Day and continuing in the days that follow, the image of the Most Holy Infant Jesus is reverently brought to the homes and families within the parish community.

In every visit, a simple yet meaningful rite is conducted before the faithful offer their veneration through prayer, touch, or a kiss. Through this sacred encounter, households are invited to welcome Christ with faith, humility, and love.

๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜… ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐—บ is a living reminder that Christmas is not only a celebration, but an invitationโ€”to receive Jesus, the Prince of Peace, into our homes and hearts.

If you are 8โ€“17 years old and have received your First Holy Communion, Baptized Catholic, and Willing to serve with discipline, faith, and joy, then this is your chance to serve God at His altar with joy and faith.

During the Christmas season, altar servers observe the sacred and revered Pax Tecum. Usually, it begins on Christmas Day and continues for as long as necessary. It entails delivering the image of the Most Holy Infant Christ to the families and residences within the jurisdiction and area assigned to their parish. Before the image of Christ is revered by a kiss, touch, or quiet prayer, a brief ceremony is performed.
