⚠️📖 From Whom Accountability Is Lifted 📖⚠️
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
«“The pen has been lifted from three:
from the sleeping person until he awakens,
from the child until he reaches maturity,
and from the mentally ill person until he regains sanity.”»
📚 Reported in Abu Dawood, Tirmidhi, and others (Authentic)
✨ Simple Meaning:
1️⃣ Islam is a religion of justice and mercy.
2️⃣ A person is not accountable while sleeping.
3️⃣ Children are not responsible until they reach maturity.
4️⃣ Those without mental capacity are not held accountable.
5️⃣ Allah only holds a person responsible when they have ability and awareness.
💭 Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear — His justice is always perfect.
⚠️ Accountability begins when understanding begins — so use your awareness to obey Allah before the Day of Judgment.
🌙 Every moment of consciousness is a chance to earn reward.
