The Jesus Effect: From Mourning to Mission

John 20:11-18
But Mary stood weeping outside the tomb, and as she wept she stooped to look into the tomb. And she saw two angels in white, sitting where the body of Jesus had lain, one at the head and one at the feet. They said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping?” She said to them, “They have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have laid him.” Having said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing, but she did not know that it was Jesus. Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” Supposing him to be the gardener, she said to him, “Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away.” Jesus said to her, “Mary.” She turned and said to him in Aramaic, “Rabboni!” (which means Teacher). Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” Mary Magdalene went and announced to the disciples, “I have seen the Lord”—and that he had said these things to her.

Red Flags, Yellow Lights, and Green Lights: Biblical Wisdom for Love and Courtship.

Our Youth and Young Adults gathered for a meaningful time of food, fellowship, and exploring Feb-ibig biblical wisdom for love and courtship.

Together, they learned how to discern red flags, yellow lights, and green lights in relationships through God’s Word.

We were blessed by the insights of our speaker, Ptr. Cham, last February 8 at Chowking Evangelista.

Truly, love is best understood and lived out when guided by Biblical truth.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

5 Stages of Marriage

In celebration of Heart’s Day this February, we held our first Married Couples’ Outdoor Fellowship last February 7, with Ptr. Rene and Sis. Rosanna as our guest speaker.

It was a beautiful time of love, laughter, and meaningful fellowship as couples were encouraged and strengthened in their journey of marriage.
