Nobody knows the pain you carry and the burden in your heart, but let me tell you.. in and out of every breath, Jesus is with you. Let it all go. Release it from your own grip and lay it at His feet. Freedom requires faith and faith requires trust. Lay it down, submit to His authority. He will not abandon you in your pain.

We love Him, because He first loved us. (1 John 4:19)

More than anything, you need a revelation of God's love for you personally. God's love for you is the foundation for your faith, your freedom from sin, and your ability to step out in ministry to others without fear in the form of insecurity.

God made you with a longing in your heart to be loved. And the Word assures you that God loves you. Yet many people mistakenly believe they have worn God out with their failures. You can't cause God not to love you, love is not something God does - it is who He is. (1 John 4:8).

As you meditate on God's Love at the end of the day, accept it and express your great love for Him. Then as you go about your day today and all your tomorrows - share that Love with others.

Our God came, died a cruel death on the cross and paid the full debt of sin with His own life so that you and I can reign in life today. His sacrifice on the cross speaks of relationship. Jesus came to reconcile sinful man with a Holy God. When you receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you are made Holy and Righteous by His blood once and for all. And you can enter boldly into the presence of Almighty God. Without any guilt, condemnation of expectation of punishment. Because of the cross, the price for sin has been paid, the judgement executed, the anger toward sin exhausted, the veil torn and the way to intimacy with God opened. Sin no longer hinders you from entering His presence. His blood has removed all the vestiges of your sins!

The key to overcoming worry, anxiety and stress isn't to do everything perfectly or make sure everything around you is perfect. There will always be things in your life that are outside of your control. The key is for you to Trust God with the things that you can't do anything about.

Even if your circumstances aren't not changing, your perspective can. And when you know that no weapon formed against you will prosper, you can endure the storm and trust the One who speaks "Peace" to it.

You are sought after.

Remember in the Gospels when Jesus calmed the storm for the 12 disciples (Mark 4:35)? In that same way, He gives you a spirit of calmness. By the power of His Word, "Peace, be still," He can bring calm to your storms.

Anxiety and fear come with racing thoughts, but God has said He gives you a well-balanced mind. Amid panicked thoughts, ask the Holy Spirit to help you think on true, good, and praise worthy things (Philippians 4:8). The light of truth dispels the darkness of fear.

Lastly, you have been given the spirit of discipline and self control. You are upheld by Jesus Christ and don't have to lose control no matter how afraid you might feel.

You know those days where you just want to run and hide? The comfort in those moments is knowing that Jesus is in our midst, the whole time. He sees, knows and understands our every emotion, even when we don't. Loneliness isn't really as it seems. We are never alone with Jesus as our constant companion.

"I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness." ( Jeremiah 31:3)

The enemy of our souls will relentlessly bombard us with thoughts and feelings of inadequacy,guilt,shame, condemnation, insufficiency, insecurity, fear, doubt and rejection. But what Jeremiah 31:3 shows us is what I want to remind you today :

* No matter what you have or haven't said
* No matter what you have or haven't thought
* No matter what you have or haven't done
* No matter what you have or haven't accomplished
* No matter what you have or haven't planned

No matter what... God has and will always love you!

When you worry, are you really helping yourself? Worrying today can't create certainty tomorrow, so it's a waste of time. But if you've done all you can do in the now ( that you do have some control over), God can be trusted in the next now ( that you have no control over).

Remain confident in two things. First, that you will see the goodness of the Lord in your life. Whatever happens, through ups and downs, good or bad, you will see God's goodness in your life. Second, trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion. When the storm 🌩ī¸ comes, a rainbow 🌈 will follow. God never stops working. He will finish what He has started.

Wake Up with Praise

My mouth shall praise You with joyful lips when I remember You upon my bed and meditate on You in the night watches. For you have been my help.
( Psalm 63:5-7)

Many people never have a decent finish to their day because they let the enemy keep them from starting it right. Satan tries to capture our thoughts early in the morning. He wants to get us thinking about all the wrong things as soon as we wake up. His intent is to steal our peace by upsetting us as soon as our alarm goes off. He is always working to set us up to get us upset.

That is why it is important to learn how to defeat the devil early each day. Every morning is a new opportunity to start your day right. Praise God as soon as your eyes open to a new day.
