𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗮

Today, we commemorate the 5th year arrival anniversary of the relic of our patron, Saint Catherine of Alexandria whose wisdom and faith have inspired and guided generations. It has been five years since the holy relic has come home to Arayat. Saint Catherine have blessed us since the day she arrived in Arayat and continues to guide and bless us — for five years now and for all the years to come.

For the years that will come, may Saint Catherine, who survived the wheel and surrendered her life for Christ, continue to remind us that no trial can overcome the grace of God. May she — who humbled the emperor and converted the philosophers — continue to pray for us, guide us and lead us closer to Christ.

𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗟 | 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼

In our Christian faith and union, the Archdiocese of San Fernando, Pampanga heed the calls of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) in reaching out to the people who were affected by the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck Sarangani and other parts of Mindanao on June 8, 2026. Because this disaster claimed the lives of many, and disturbed the once peaceful livelihood of the people of Mindanao, now in need of support and relief.

As one church, we are all a part of one community of faith. The church is encouraging to offer not only prayers, but also open our hearts to our brothers and sisters that were also affected by the disaster. 𝗔 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟯 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟰 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀. This is to aid the Diocese of Marbel and other dioceses in Mindanao. So, let us show sympathy and offer our help to them as Christians.

Let us continue to show our faith with the gospel and God by acts of charity and solidarity. May our prayers bring comfort to those who grieve their family member's death, who got their houses destroyed, and let us hope that with our support; we can help the people rebuild their lives. Together, let us become one with the gospel and God by showing compassion in this time of need.
