Ladder of Success:
Win - win souls to Christ, begins when one accepts Jesus as his/her personal Lord and Savior
Consolidate - new believers and new church members are "plugged in" to the church through cell groups, and are encouraged to attend the Pre-Encounter, Encounter, and Post-Encounter. Disciple - after the consolidation process, the new disciple enters the School of Leaders (SL classes). Send - after the disciple completes SL2, he/she may open his/her own cell and begins the process of winning more souls and discpipling them. ladder.jpg
The Ladder of Success
A series of Workshops and Cell formation
The Ladder of success is based on the G 12 Vision. There are four main steps in this ladder
1. Win:
Become Born again. This first step means you have accepted Jesus as your personal Saviour and the brainwashing process shall begin.
2: Consolidate
The Second step includes the Pre Encounter Workshop , Encounter Weekend and Post Encounter Workshop
3: Disciple:
In the third step, you will take the School of Leaders Workshops and open your own cell group.
4: Send
Once you opened your own cell, you will take on your own group of 12 people through the same process of Brainwashing.
