Happy Pastor’s Appreciation Month!

Pasasalamat sa ating mga Pastor sa pagiging instrument ni Lord para ipadama ang Kanyang pag-ibig at katotohanan. Hindi madali ang inyong ginagawa. Preaching the Word, guiding the flock, praying for everyone, at patuloy na nagsisilbi kahit minsan pagod na. Your faith and dedication inspire us to keep trusting God in every season.

Sa bawat sermon ninyo, may wisdom kaming natututunan; sa bawat prayer ninyo, may comfort kaming nararamdaman. Thank you for leading by example not just in words, but in your actions and humility.

We pray that God continues to strengthen and bless you abundantly sa ministry, sa pamilya, at sa personal life. May this month remind you how deeply loved and appreciated you are by your church family.

F.R.E.D. (Faithful, Radiant, Endurant, Determined.)

Muling paalala na tinawag tayo ng Diyos para maging faithful servant, tapat at mapagkakatiwalaan sa mga bagay na ipinagkatiwala Niya sa atin. Pinapaalala din sa atin na dapat tayong mamuhay bilang radiant life nagpapakita ng liwanag ng Diyos sa ating mga gawa para Siya ang mapapurihan. At bilang enduring servant manatili tayong matatag kahit may pagsubok, tulad nina Job, Joseph, Daniel, at Paul na hindi sumuko sa pananampalataya. At higit sa lahat, maging determined to finish the race, maglakbay tayo kasama ang Diyos, hindi lang patungo sa Kanya. Sapagkat hindi tayo naglalakbay patungo sa Diyos, kundi naglalakbay tayong kasama ang Diyos.

Last sunday, Pastor Angelo Bolongaita talked about how to face problems, stress, and trials. Ginamit niya ang kwento ni Haring Saul sa 1 Samuel 13 at 14, bilang paalala na ang paraan ng ating pagtugon sa mga problema ay nagpapakita ng ating pananampalataya at tiwala sa Diyos.

Let’s be reminded that we all have different perspectives when facing problems. Some of us are like King Saul, who could not handle the problem well because of fear and impatience. But some of us are like Jonathan, who chose to see the positive side, trusted the Lord, and moved forward with faith. Nawa’y piliin natin na maging kagaya ni Jonathan na may pananampalataya, may tiwala, at marunong maghintay sa tamang oras ng Diyos.

Feed your soul with the Word of God.

Sa talatang 1 Tesalonica 5:23 pinapaalala na huwag tayong malinlang sa kasalukuyang kaginhawaan o kasiyahan ng mundo. Ang kasalanan ay laging nagdadala ng kapahamakan, pero sa Diyos may kapatawaran at kalinisan. Ang buhay na malinis ay hindi perpekto, pero ito ay nakasentro sa pagsunod at pagtitiwala sa Panginoon.

Let's be remined na huwag tayong sumunod at makiayon sa kung ano ang trending dahil hindi lahat ng trending ay nakabubuti sa paningin ng ating Panginoon.
