Galatians 6:9 NIV
9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Sa mundo ngayon, mas madali mag give up kesa ipaglaban ang isang tao,bagay,pangarap,paniniwala at pananalig sa Diyos lalo na kung sunod sunod ang mga pagsubok na dumadating.Mas madaling umiwas sa kung ano ang tama at sumunod sa mga makamundong paniniwala.Sa panahon ngayon mas laganap ang kasamaan kesa kabutihan. Pero hindi natutulog ang Diyos,lahat ng mga kabutihan na ginagawa natin para sa Kanya ay nakikita niya. All the hardships,perseverance and endurance are not in vain,He will reward us if we do not give up and continue the race. Wag tayong mapapagod gumawa ng mabuti sa kapwa natin dahil and Diyos ay hindi rin napapagod gumawa ng kabutihan sa mga buhay natin.

Hebrews 11:6 NIV
"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him".

We tend to please other people to be their friend, to gain trust, love, approval or appreciation. But mahirap e please ang Panginoon kung feeling close lang tayo sa kanya.Yung lumalapit lang tayo, pag may kailangan tayo.Ang gusto ni lord sa atin at yung faith natin in Him. Importante kay Lord yung relationship natin sa kanya hindi yung hanggang feeling close lang.When we believe in God,hindi lang hanggang belief yun,we put our faith in Him, we desire a real relationship with him,we want to know Him by seeking Him.And God promises a reward if we seek Him earnestly.

John 15:12 NIV
"This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you."

This world has so many definitions about what love is. And sometimes we are too conformed to the worldly definition that we forget kung pano nga ba magmahal ng totoo?Love is a beautiful word but when put into action, parang ang hirap. We as a person, imperfect as we are, mahirap satin magmahal because andami nating doubts, pag nasaktan tayo mahirap na sa atin magmahal.When Jesus said love another as I have loved you, it means unconditional love.Go back to how Jesus loved all of us while we are still sinners.He loved us unconditionally, kahit ilang beses natin siyang saktan, e betray, ikahiya, kalimutan.Pero never siyang napagod mahalin tayo,because God is love.

Psalm 143:8 NIV

"Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life."

In life, andami nating plano, marami tayong pangarap na gustong abutin, life goals, relationship goals, ika nga. Naka fix na yung puso't isip natin to make that dream come true. But sometimes our plans are not aligned with God's will for us. God has greater,bigger,better plans for us. Minsan,God's no is redirection towards what is really good for us. Because God loves us.Why not lay everything on His feet and surrender everything to God. No one knows you better than The One who created you so why not trust Him with your life.Ask for guidance and He will lead you to the right directions.God is love.God is a faithful God, He never fails.

Hebrews 12:11 NIV
[11] No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Hardships, troubles, problems and challenges are God's one way of disciplining us. Sometimes we tend to do things on our own, we tend to decide things on our own without God's consultation and confirmation.

When God allows hardships in our lives,we think that God is punishing us. But just like our earthly father, God disciplines us for our good, for our protection because God loves us.When we endure hardship as discipline it produces righteousness and peace that no one and nothing in this world could offer.

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 tells us, 17 “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 18 "So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

Minsan sa sobrang daming worries at problems na dumadating sa atin, yun na lang yung nakikita natin. Our human eyes can only see our current situations and our human minds can only understand what we want to understand. But God sees the bigger picture, God sees your whole lifetime, God sees the solutions,the provisions and the blessings along the way.Our problems are only for now, they're temporary.
So let us focus on what is unseen kasi yun yung eternal. Lets put our faith in Him who sees everything and has a greater plan for everything.

Matthew 11:28
[28]“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Kumusta ka? Kumusta ang puso mo sa linggong ito?Nakakapagod na ba physically,mentally, and emotionally?Yung tipong ginawa mo na lahat ng klase ng pahinga from work, studies, errands and chores pero pagod ka pa rin? Baka kasi hindi na mind,body and heart ang pagod sayo, soul check din tayo.

Sabi ni Jesus lapit tayo sa kanya kung tayo ay pagod na at bibigyan niya tayo ng pahinga.

Tara church tayo! Let us give our mind,body,heart and soul a rest by listening to the word of God and being encouraged by it. Lets sing praises and worship to the one who gives peace and rest.

Ecclesiastes 3:1
"There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens".

Last Sunday we were reminded that whatever we are going through and wherever we are, it is God's perfect time and season for us. We may not understand His reasons, we may not see what lies ahead but faith in Him teaches us to trust because He has made everything beautiful in its time.

Let us rejoice and celebrate the Lord's Day by singing praises and worship to God our Lord and Savior and as we are immersed in His presence, be filled with excitement and desire, and be encouraged by the Word of God. Let us look forward to starting our week with our hearts filled with Thanksgiving.

The best way to spend the Lord's Day is celebrating it with praises, worship, thanksgiving and having fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ.
