In today’s Bible study, we studied (Mark 1:35–39) and saw how Jesus intentionally made time to pray, even when many people were searching for Him. This teaches us that prayer is not just an option—it is a necessity in our daily lives. Like Jesus, we are reminded to seek God first, because it is in His presence where we find true strength, direction, and purpose.

A question we must hear is this: are we willing to step out of our comfort zone to grow in our faith? Sometimes, God allows us to be removed from what is familiar so that we can depend more on Him. Growth does not happen in comfort, but in trusting God even when things feel uncertain.

As Christians, we must learn to trust God with our present, instead of worrying too much about the future or holding on to regrets from the past. We do not control what has been or what will be, but we can choose to rely on Him today. Let us continue to pray, trust His plan, and grow in faith as we follow His leading.

In today’s Bible study, we studied Mark 1:29–34 and saw how Jesus healed many people in different situations. We were reminded that His healing power continues even today, even if we do not see Him physically. God’s healing is not only physical—it can also be mental, emotional, and spiritual.

A question we must ask ourselves is this: do we truly believe that God can use us to bring others closer to Him? We learned that our circle of friends matters, because our faith can influence and even help others experience God’s healing. Just like Simon brought his mother-in-law to Jesus and she was healed, we are also called to bring people to Him with care and faith.

As Christians, we must not choose who to share God’s love with. Just as Jesus healed anyone—whether they had strong faith or simply desired to be healed—we are also called to reach out to everyone. Let us continue to share His love, bring others to Him, and be instruments of His healing in their lives.
