May pagkukulang, may problema.

What more pa kaya ang simbahan?

Lahat nagiging issue sayo.
Lahat napapansin mong mali.
Kahit maliit na bagay, big deal sayo.

Kaya kahit sinasabi mong

Harapin mo at huwag mong itago.

2. Talk to the right people

3.Choose to release

Pakawalan mo, huwag mong paulit-ulit balikan.

Jethro was not the main character in Moses’ story.
He was his father-in-law.

A Midianite priest who watched Moses carry the weight of leadership alone.

And what he saw was not sustainable…

Moses was judging every case, carrying every concern, answering every problem from morning until evening.

Exhausted. Overloaded. Alone in responsibility.

So Jethro stepped in with wisdom.

“What you are doing is not good. You and these people who come to you will only wear yourselves out.”
Exodus 18:17-18

Sometimes the most loving correction does not come from criticism, but from clarity.

Jethro did not attack Moses’ calling.
He protected it.

He taught him to delegate, to structure leadership, and to share responsibility with others who were capable.

What looked like support was actually wisdom that preserved Moses’ strength for the long journey ahead.

Not every burden is meant to be carried alone.
Not every responsibility is meant to drain you.

Even good assignments become dangerous when carried without wisdom.

Jethro reminds us that spiritual maturity is not just about doing more.
It is also about learning how to steward life well.

Rest is not laziness.
Structure is not lack of faith.
Delegation is not weakness.

Sometimes God sends people like Jethro
to save you from breaking under what you were never meant to carry alone.

Because sustainable leadership is not about doing everything. It is about doing what God actually called you to do…❤️‍🔥

Pastors are not unemployed people—they are servants of God who work 24/7, 7 days a week.

They don’t have holidays, no 13th month pay, no day off yet every single day, they show up.

They pray when no one sees.
They carry burdens that are not even theirs.
They stand in the gap for souls.
They fight battles in the Spirit for people who don’t even know it.

Their work is NON-STOP. And it’s not easy—because before they minister to others, they must first be right before God.

They must be a CLEAN VESSEL.
A heart without compromise.
A life surrendered.
A spirit aligned.

Before, I thought their work was just to speak and preach the Word..
But when the Lord called me, I realized—It’s more than preaching.

It’s about carrying people in prayer.
It’s about dying to self daily.
It’s about loving even when it’s hard.
It’s about standing firm even when they’re tired.

They surrendered everything.
They fight for your soul.
They intercede for your life.
They guide, correct, and cover you spiritually.

So honor them—not just during Pastor’s Month, but every single day. Because they labor tirelessly so that your soul will not perish.

So give them honor.
Give them love.
Give them encouragement.
Give them support.

Because what they do HAS ETERNAL VALUE.🔥

The stone was not just rolled away…
it was moved for us.

Jesus is Alive! Hallelujah!

Where there was silence, now there is hope.
Where there was darkness, now there is light.
Where there was death… now there is LIFE.

This is more than a moment in history...
this is a promise that no grave, no pain, no brokenness gets the final say.

Because He lives, we can rise from our fears. We can breathe through our struggles. We can believe again.

Today, let your heart remember: you are not alone, you are not forgotten, and your story is not over.

Jesus conquered the grave...
and because of Him, hope is alive in you.

Hallelujah! ❤️‍🔥
