𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘

“But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you.” — Acts 1:8

Pentecost Sunday reminds us of the moment the Holy Spirit descended upon the apostles, filling them with courage, wisdom, and faith. What once was fear became strength, and what once was silence became a voice that proclaimed God’s love to the world.

The Holy Spirit continues to move in powerful ways, in every act of kindness, every prayer whispered in faith, and every heart willing to follow God despite uncertainty.

As we celebrate Pentecost Sunday, may the fire of the Holy Spirit renew our hearts, strengthen our faith, and guide us to become instruments of peace, truth, and love.

𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘

“Why do you stand looking into the sky?” — Acts 1:11

The Ascension of the Lord reminds us that although Christ ascended into heaven, His presence remains alive in the hearts of those who continue to walk in faith. Before He returned to the Father, He entrusted His people with a mission, to carry His love, truth, and mercy into the world.

Ascension Sunday is not only a remembrance of Christ’s return to heaven, but also a reminder that faith calls us to keep moving forward with hope and trust in God’s promises.

May this celebration strengthen our hearts to follow Him more faithfully each day, knowing that even beyond what we can see, His presence continues to guide us.

𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐓. 𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐑

“Pray and work with a faithful heart.”

St. Isidore the Laborer lived a simple life as a farmer, yet his life became an example of deep faith and hard work. He showed that even ordinary days and simple tasks can honor God when done with sincerity and love.

His story reminds us that holiness is not only found in great things, but also in the small acts we do every day, with patience, humility, and faith.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23

As we celebrate the Feast of St. Isidore the Laborer, may his life inspire us to stay faithful in our work, kind in our service, and close to God in all that we do.

𝐅𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐀

“Pray the Rosary every day.”

In 1917 the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to three shepherd children in Fatima with a message of prayer repentance and peace. Through her words she reminded the world to return to God and trust in His mercy. “Blessed is she who believed that the Lord would fulfill His promises to her.” (Luke 1:45)

The message of Our Lady of Fatima still speaks to us today. In times of worry and uncertainty Mary calls us to stay faithful through prayer and devotion. The Holy Rosary reminds us that true peace is always found in Christ.

As we celebrate this feast may Our Lady of Fatima guide us closer to her Son. May her example inspire us to live with faith prayer and compassion each day.

𝐃𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐂𝐘 𝐒𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐘

“Jesus, I trust in You.”

A devotion born from the quiet revelations received by Saint Faustina and later affirmed by the Church, this day centers on a truth often hard to accept, that mercy is not earned, but given. “For His mercy endures forever.” (Psalm 136:1)

We carry what we think cannot be forgiven, what we try to hide or outgrow on our own. Yet Divine Mercy does not wait for perfection. It meets us as we are, not to leave us there, but to restore what we thought was beyond repair.

This Sunday invites us back, not just to remember mercy, but to receive it. In Confession, in the Eucharist, in the simple act of trust, we are reminded that no return to God is wasted, and no heart is too far gone.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Sugat and Holy Mass

The Sugat brought the meeting of Jesus and His Mother, marking the end of sorrow and the start of joy. What was once a time of grief now opens to the truth of the Resurrection.

The Holy Mass followed with the community gathered as one, holding on to the meaning of this day, not just as a tradition, but as faith that continues beyond it.

𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙮 | 𝙎𝙪𝙜𝙖𝙩

At 4:00 AM, Jasaan’s streets came alive with one of the most sacred traditions of the Filipino faith. The image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, veiled in black, moved slowly through the town, her sorrow reflected in the prayers and footsteps of the faithful walking beside her.

Soon after, the risen Jesus was carried in a joyful procession, accompanied by hymns and celebration, a living reminder that life triumphs over death. Sugat brings the community together, honoring grief, hope, and the promise of renewal.
