It was a day of faith in motion🙏

Last June 29, 2026, we honored Sr. San Pedro first on land through a solemn Religious Procession, then at sea with the joyful Fluvial Parade. From the streets to the river, the whole city lifted one voice: “Viva Sr. San Pedro!”

St. Peter’s life reminds us to step out in faith — whether on solid ground or on uncertain waters.

Thank you to everyone who walked, sailed, prayed, and celebrated with us.

HAPPY FIESTA SR. SAN PEDRO!🌊

Today we celebrated the High Mass in honor of Sr. San Pedro, our beloved Patron ⚓⛪

The church was filled with prayer, hymns, and thanksgiving as we came together as one family. We remembered how St. Peter left everything to follow Christ — his faith was not perfect, but it was real, repentant, and strong.

His life reminded us that the Lord can build something holy even from our weaknesses.

“Upon this rock I will build my church.” – Mateo 16:18

May the grace we received today lead us to be more faithful, more obedient, and more courageous disciples, just like St. Peter.

Viva Sr. San Pedro!🌊🐟

Yesterday we celebrated the Fiesta Mass and the Blessing of the Boats for our fishermen. After the Eucharist, we went to the shore and prayed over the vessels that carry our fathers, brothers, and sons to sea.⛪️

We remembered that St. Peter was a fisherman too — called by Christ right at his boat. Just as the Lord blessed his nets and filled them, we asked for safe seas, abundant catch, and protection for every family that depends on the water.

“Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.” – Lucas 5:4

St. Peter, bless the hands that labor and the boats that sail. Keep all our fishermen safe.💚💛

As one community of faith, let us gather this June 28-29, 2026 at Luyong Bonbon, Opol, Misamis Oriental to honor our beloved patron through the Holy Mass, blessing of fishing boats, religious procession, and fluvial parade.

📅 Schedule of Activities

📅 June 28, 2026

🕖 7:00 AM – Liturgy at Kapilya ni San Pedro, led by our Kaabag Ministry.

🕒 3:00 PM – Fiesta Mass at Zone 1A, Luyong Bonbon Fish Port, to be presided over by our Parish Priest.

🕔 5:00 PM – Blessing of the Fishing Boats at Zone 1A, Luyong Bonbon Fish Port.

📅 June 29, 2026

🕕 6:00 AM – Thanksgiving Mass, presided over by our Parish Priest, at Kapilya ni San Pedro.

🙏 After the Mass – Religious Procession from St. Peter Chapel to the Fish Port, followed by the Fluvial Parade.

May this celebration strengthen our faith, bring blessings upon our fishermen and their families, and remind us that God continues to guide us through every wave and storm of life.
