QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- At least 12 to 14 years old by December 2026.
- An elementary graduate or presently enrolled in Grade VI with a general average of 80% or above.
- Able to present a certification from the principal stating the applicant is a bonafide Grade VI pupil with good moral character.
- Coming from a poor family with a monthly income of ₱5,000.00 or less.
- Have no brothers and sisters who are alumni of or presently enrolled in any Sisters of Mary Schools.
- Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the examination day.
- Able to present an original birth certificate with a 1x1 ID Picture on the examination day.

The Parish Local Peñafrancia Procession was successfully held last September 18, making it's way along the river from Brgy. Alimbuyog to Embarcadero.

It was a beautiful expression of faith, devotion, and love for the Blessed Mother and Her Divine Son, bringing together the faithful in prayer and thanksgiving along the river.

A Shepherd of Communities, Vocations, and Ecclesial Stewardship

Rev. Fr. Alejandro Imperial Besinio, Jr. has lived the priesthood as a ministry of steady presence, practical leadership, and disciplined care for the communities entrusted to him. Known to generations of parishioners as Fr. Jun, he has spent more than four decades bringing together sacramental ministry, parish formation, institutional development, vocation promotion, spiritual direction, and diocesan governance. His life mission has been clear and consistent: to strengthen the Church from within by forming faithful communities, building structures that sustain pastoral work, guiding priests and lay leaders, and directing every undertaking toward the service of God and His people.

His priestly career has unfolded across the wide pastoral territory of Camarines Sur, from the Metropolitan Cathedral in Naga City to parishes in Libmanan, San Fernando, Pasacao, Sipocot, Ragay, Minalabac, and Milaor. In each assignment, he entered fully into the life of the people. He celebrated the sacraments, preached the Gospel, accompanied families, encouraged parish organizations, developed lay participation, improved parish facilities, and helped communities assume responsibility for their common mission. His ministry has been marked not by a single dramatic episode, but by the cumulative strength of faithful service sustained across changing parishes, generations, and diocesan responsibilities.

On September 11, 2026, the Diocese of Libmanan joyfully joined the Traslacion Procession of the Divino Rostro and Our Lady of Peñafrancia.

With hearts united in faith and devotion, we walked together in prayer, carrying with us our hopes, thanksgiving, and intentions. This sacred tradition reminds us that we are one Bicolano family, journeying together under the loving care of the Blessed Mother.

May the Divino Rostro continue to bless our Diocese, our families, and our communities, and may Our Lady of Peñafrancia guide us always closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

As we celebrate the First Friday of the Month, the Gospel reminds us that Jesus calls us to a renewed heart. Faith is not merely about following old routines; it is about allowing Christ to transform us from within. When we open our hearts to His grace, He makes all things new.

With grateful hearts, we now bid farewell to our beloved Parochial Vicar, Rev. Fr. Neil John Bolocon, as he prepares for his new assignment. The whole St. Joseph the Worker Parish community is grateful for your time with us, your homilies inspired us, your compassion comforted us, and your leadership strengthened our community.

As you step to your new assignment at San Antonio de Padua Parish, Binahian, Sipocot, Camarines Sur, we will continue to pray for your journey ahead. May the Holy Spirit guide your steps in this new chapter.
