With grateful hearts, we now bid farewell to our beloved Parochial Vicar, Rev. Fr. Neil John Bolocon, as he prepares for his new assignment. The whole St. Joseph the Worker Parish community is grateful for your time with us, your homilies inspired us, your compassion comforted us, and your leadership strengthened our community.

As you step to your new assignment at San Antonio de Padua Parish, Binahian, Sipocot, Camarines Sur, we will continue to pray for your journey ahead. May the Holy Spirit guide your steps in this new chapter.

"The poor are the treasures of the church" - St. Lawrence Deacon and Martyr

In honor of our Second Patron Saint, St. Lawrence, Deacon and Martyr, the Knights of the Altar presented a moving short play depicting the life, ministry, and ultimate sacrifice of St. Lawrence.

Through their heartfelt portrayal, we are reminded of St. Lawrence’s unwavering faith, courage in the face of persecution, humility in service, and deep love for Christ and His people, especially the poor.

A celebration of faith, charity, and humility as we witness the Coronation and Awarding of Ginang ng Parokya 2026, held after the Vesper Mass in honor of St. Lawrence, Deacon and Martyr in EDF Sports Plaza, Milaor.

As we celebrate the feast day of our 2nd Patron Saint, St. Lawrence, Deacon and Martyr, may we be reminded that true greatness is found not in wealth, honor, or recognition, but in loving God through humble service to others, especially the poor and those in need.

May the celebration of the Ginang ng Parokya 2026 reflect these same values, that true beauty is measured not by the crown we wear, but by the love we give, the lives we touch, and the service we offer to God and His people.

Vespers Mass in Honor of St. Lawrence, Deacon and Martyr | August 9, 2026

In the Gospel, Jesus walks on the water and reaches out to His disciples in the midst of the storm. Like Peter, we were reminded that we could sometimes find ourselves afraid, uncertain, or overwhelmed by the challenges we faced. Yet Jesus reminds us that even in the strongest winds and deepest waters, He is near.

As we celebrated the Vespers Mass of St. Lawrence, Deacon and Martyr, we were inspired by his life of courageous service, generosity, and unwavering faith. St. Lawrence taught us that true discipleship meant remaining faithful even when the path was difficult and demanding.

May we have learned to trust Jesus more deeply, especially in the storms of life. May we have found the courage to step out in faith, serve with love, and believe that the Lord would never abandon us.
