July Fellowship | Respect for human life: A gift from God ✨️
Respecting human life means treating every person with kindness, compassion, fairness, and understanding. We should be fair to one another, regardless of our differences, and always respect the rights and dignity of every person. This means rejecting violence, discrimination, bullying, and any action that undermines the value of human life. Instead, we are called to show love, forgiveness, and care, especially to those who are vulnerable, suffering, or in need.
Parents also play an important role in teaching children good values. By guiding them to be respectful, honest, compassionate, responsible, and fair, parents help shape children into individuals who value and protect human life. These lessons, taught through both words and example, help build strong moral character and encourage children to treat others with kindness and respect.
As stewards of God's creation, we have the responsibility to protect and value life not only through our actions but also through our words and attitudes. Simple acts of respect—such as helping others, listening with empathy, treating everyone fairly, and standing up for what is right—demonstrate our gratitude for the gift of life that God has entrusted to us.
The Lord’s Prayer Group M.E. Community would like to extend its deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to Rev. Fr. Rex Andrian E. Polintan for generously sharing his time, wisdom, and inspiring reflections during our July Fellowship. His presence and teachings have truly enriched our gathering and strengthened our faith journey.
May the Lord continue to bless our Parochial Vicar abundantly in his ministry, as he continues to be a beacon of light and guidance to many.
