I’ve always tried to avoid contention! I don’t like how it makes me feel, probably because contention drives away the spirit. The adversary stirs up contention. He wants us to judge to argue to, hate and contend with one another. Jesus on the other hand invites us to love, to forgive, to see good in one another, to be peacemakers and to serve each other. I really want to be more like Jesus in my life!! His way is the best way and I need the spirit in my life!! We can look to Him, we can seek His help in our lives to overcome the adversary and to be more like Him 💕
