We joyfully welcome all pilgrims to Holy Family Parish, a declared Jubilee Voyage Church, as we commemorate the 400th Anniversary of the Arrival and the 100th Anniversary of the Canonical Coronation of Nuestra Señora de la Paz y Buen Viaje.
Let us gather in prayer and thanksgiving as we celebrate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the Opening of the Jubilee Voyage Church on January 10 at 10:00 AM, marking a sacred moment of grace, journey, and renewal of faith for all who come seeking Christ.

THE CHURCH IS READY FOR OUR TWO NEW SAINTS!

Blessed Carlo Acutis died in 2006 at the age of 15, but not before making a profound impact on his community and on the world. This young man’s intense love for Christ in the Eucharist and for our Blessed Mother inspired everyone who knew him.

Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati is a modern model of Catholic young adult life. His devotion to his faith is still an inspiration to young adults today.

You can pray the Bl. Carlo Acutis and Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati Canonization Novena to ask for their intercession.

SEPTEMBER IS DEDICATED
TO OUR LADY OF SORROWS

The title, Our Lady of Sorrows, given to our Blessed Mother focuses on her intense suffering and grief during the passion and death of our Lord.

Traditionally, this suffering was not limited to the passion and death event; rather, it comprised the seven dolors or seven sorrows of Mary, which were foretold by the Priest Simeon who proclaimed to Mary.

This Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows grew in popularity in the 12th century, although under various titles. Granted, some writings would place its roots in the eleventh century, especially among the Benedictine monks. By the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries, the feast and devotion were widespread throughout the Church.
