P for Purposeful
Purposeful means knowing God's will for my life.
Giving your life to the Lord is not easy yet Pastor JC purposefully surrendered his life to God and for His work and let God's will rule his life.
A for Appreciative
Appreciative means expressing thanks to God and others for the ways they have served me.
Pastor JC is a very appreciative person. No matter how big or small the gift is, he is always grateful for everything he receives.
S for Supportive
Supportive means giving strength and courage to those with troubles.
Establishing the discipleship program at Mega Faith, Pastor JC's ultimate desire for the church's members is to grow spiritually and develop a deeper personal relationship with God. Other than that, he had also established the motorcycle and sewing ministry that aims to help the members financially through livelihood programs. This shows how supportive he is, not only in their spiritual lives, but also in their personal lives as well.
T for Truthful
Truthful means speaking what is true and accurate or earn trust by accurately stating all known information.
One of the best traits of Pastor JC, is his truthfulness. Speaking the Biblical truth is one of the aspects that a preacher should possess, no matter how sweet or bitter the words of God may be.
O for Obedient
Obedient means willing to do what God requires of me.
Pastor JC has always been obedient to God and His Word. In addition, he respects authority and openly obeys his senior pastors namely, Pastor Abraham Vallega, Pastor Ruben Mogueis, and now Pastor Johndy Bachoco.
R for Responsible
Responsible means knowing and doing what is expected of me without superior authority.
Leading a church is not an easy task. There are so many things to do, to plan, and to think about, yet despite all of these things, not to mention the problems and obstacles a church may face, Pastor JC is still dutiful and makes sure to fulfill all his responsibilities as a pastor.
J for Just
Just means doing all things right, according to God's laws.
Though he is a criminologist that values the law of men, Pastor JC values the laws of God and His moral standards more, teaching these with integrity and enthusiasm to the people God has assigned for him to take care of.
C for Compassionate
Compassionate means expressing a deep feeling of love and concern for other's needs and difficulties.
Leading a congregation means you will meet people from different walks of life. These people have several successes and failures in life that they will want the pastor to know of. Most especially, some people will come to him with their problems, needs, and difficulties, and seek for spiritual guidance. Showing compassion while also being spiritually intelligent is what our pastor truly possesses.
