Do you also feel sad sometimes and wish to have a comfortable life?

Have you ever noticed how much effort we put into pursuing life, only to find ourselves going through a long journey of changing happiness into sadness of having some things and not having others?

Have you ever asked yourself: Is Allah azza wa jal only asking me to have a comfortable life? is this is my purpose to seek comfort everyday?

What about the Sahabah رضي الله عنهم أجمعين?

They were with the Prophet (saw). Did they ever feel sad and cry sometimes? Just like us, did they also struggle and fight harder every day?

We often say: “I want the iman of the Sahabah.” but we should ask ourselves:

Do we want their iman without their sacrifice?

We want their patience, but not their tests.
We want their strength, but not their struggles. We want their reward, but not their journey.

The answer was discussed by Ustadha Ibtisam Morales.

Assalamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.

The 1st Batch of Stay-in Toril of Markaz Ad-Dhuha lil-Qur’an al-Karim is pleased to present its first project, Petals of Faith. 🍃🌸

Faith grows through the moments we give ourselves to remember Allah, reflect on His words, and understand the purpose behind the experiences He places in our lives. Like a flower, 🌻it takes time, care, and nourishment before it blooms. Ma shaa Allah.

With this in mind, 🌸Petals of Faith🌸 was created as a journey 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 🚉each offering a different experience and a different opportunity to reflect, learn, and strengthen our Emaan, three different experiences, each carrying its own little lesson. Biidnillahi Taala 🍃🌱

🌙 STATION 1 — MABIT:

What would it feel like to spend 24 hours in a Toril? not just to stay overnight, but to actually experience it. 🌃

To step away from the usual routine.
To have extra time for Qur’an.
Extra time to journal.
Extra time to ponder.
Extra time to sit quietly with yourself.
And perhaps, extra moments to feel closer to Allah.

We hope to create an experience that participants can carry with them even after they leave the Toril. In shaa Allah 🌤️

Alhamdulillah — the 1st Batch of Hafidhat from Addhuha Islamic Center & مركز الضحى للقرآن الكريم (both) Stay in toril & Stay out Department.

A beautiful milestone and a blessing from ALLAH. We are deeply grateful to witness the first group of our female students complete the memorization of the Holy Qur’an. May Allah accept their efforts, keep the Qur’an firm in their hearts, and make them among the people of the Qur’an. 🤲🏻📖

We would also like to extend our heartfelt Mubarak to the parents of our dear students, whose constant love, sacrifices, encouragement, and support have been an essential part of this beautiful journey. 🤍

Our sincere appreciation to the President of Addhuha Islamic Center, A’limaa Ibtisam Morales and Engr. Uri Q. B., as well as to our dedicated Administrators, staff, and faculty members, for their continuous service, guidance, and support in nurturing our students and facilitating their journey with the Qur’an.

May ALLAH reward everyone who has contributed to this blessed endeavor, accept all of our efforts, and place barakah in the work of Addhuha Islamic Center.

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧'𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞.

But one day, by Allah's permission, you will cry again not from frustration, but from gratitude.

Gratitude because you didn't quit.

You stayed when it was difficult.
You repeated the same āyah a hundred times.
You accepted correction.
You humbled yourself before the Book of Allah.

The world celebrates those who earn degrees and titles.

But the heavens celebrate the one who fills their heart with the words of Allah.

So if your journey feels slow, remember this:

Allah never asked you to finish quickly.
He asked you to be sincere.

Keep going, even if all you memorize today is one verse.
Keep going, even if your tears fall onto the pages.

Keep going, because every letter is counted.
Every struggle is recorded.
Every sincere effort is rewarded.

And perhaps the page you are struggling with today will become the page that saves you on the Day you stand before Allah.

Don't give up. ALLAH is watching every beautiful effort you make for His Book.

No matter how busy life becomes with work, studies, family responsibilities, or personal struggles never let those things stop you from making time to learn the Qur'an.

Every Sunday, I witness something beautiful. Our students come from different walks of life. Some are young, some are older. Some are students, employees, parents, or professionals. They have different stories, different responsibilities, and different dreams. Yet despite their different journeys in life, they all accepted Allah's invitation to His Book, choosing to spend their Sunday learning the Qur'an instead of chasing the temporary things of this world.

One day, everything we are chasing in this world will be left behind. Our wealth, our careers, our titles, and even the people we love cannot follow us forever. But the Qur'an will remain with those who loved it, learned it, recited it, and lived by it. By the permission of Allah, it will be a source of light, comfort, and a witness for us on the Day we return to Him.

May Allah reward every step they take, every letter they recite, every mistake they patiently correct, and every sacrifice they make just to attend Halaqah Qur'aniyyah.

May Allah make us among the people of the Qur'an those who are closest to Him and honored by Him.

"The best among you are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it." Hadith🤍

Every Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, they gather to strengthen their īmān through learning, listening, and reflecting in our SIRAJ Course a place where hearts reconnect with Islam and beneficial knowledge. 📚

May Allah bless and preserve our Māshāykh, who selflessly give their time to teach us for the sake of Allah. May Allah reward them with the highest ranks in Jannatul Firdaus and make their knowledge a continuous charity. Allāhumma bārik. Āmīn. 🌿
