WITHIN & WITHOUT

Today I was exercised in my thoughts to the significance and the importance of this phrase WITHIN and WITHOUT as recorded in Genesis 6.14

NOAH'S ARK was pitched WITHIN & WITHOUT
Gen 6:14 Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch. KJV

Gen 6:14 So make yourself an ark of cypress wood; make rooms in it and coat it with pitch inside and out. NIV

WITHIN & WITHOUT refers to COMPLETENESS/ THOROUGHNESS / FULLNESS/ WHOLENESS.

THOROUGHNESS
- It is obvious how important it would need to be for the ark to be THOROUGHLY SEALED (water proofed) – within & without - because it was the instrument / vehicle for salvation and deliverance from the coming judgment.

WITHIN & WITHOUT:
Completeness/ thoroughness / fullness/ wholeness – in respect to:
OUR SALVATION – completeness, thoroughly through and through and whole and needing nothing more. Totally perfect.

OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD - perfectly justified and thoroughly and completely brought into right standing with God. Not more sentence of guilty.

OUR INTIMATE FELLOWSHIP, COMMUNIION WITH GOD – perfect and complete access to the father to commune with him and he with us; all through the blood of Christ. Nothing between, nothing to separate us from his presence.

A salvation so thoroughly “proofed” like the liner and outer seal of the Ark so that it preserved God’s children from Judgement
What a wonderful wonderful Salvation that we have.

The deep meaning of blessing that we believers received, is God's adoption..
Accompanied by His love and forgiveness through His son Jesus..
Its not the material things that we have, nor the comfort of life that this world can offer, but His adoption. Calling us son's and daughters..

Make it known to others blessing that you received from God that they too may experience..

All to Him..
