📖 Today’s Gospel — May 25, 2026

In today’s Gospel, Jesus speaks to the rich young man who outwardly followed the commandments but still held tightly to the one thing keeping him from fully surrendering to God. Sometimes, the greatest obstacle between us and Christ is not our weakness, but the thing we refuse to let go of.

Reflection: What is the one thing you are placing above God? Is there something you are unwilling to surrender, even if Jesus is asking you to trust Him with it?

📖 Today’s Gospel — May 24, 2026

In today’s Gospel, Jesus breathes the Holy Spirit upon His disciples and entrusts them with the ministry of forgiveness. This reminds us that God is not eager to condemn, but to restore. His mercy reaches even those burdened by sin, shame, and failure. Through Christ, forgiveness becomes an open door back to grace and new life.

Reflection: Are you willing to humble yourself and receive God’s mercy?

📖 Today’s Gospel — May 22, 2026

In today’s Gospel, Peter is reminded of his three denials, yet Jesus does not reject him. Instead, Jesus calls him back. This is the heart of God — merciful, patient, and always willing to restore those who return to Him. No failure, sin, or denial is greater than the mercy of Christ. He still wants you back. He still calls you to follow Him.

Reflection: Are you letting guilt keep you away from God? Or are you willing to return and allow His mercy to restore your life?

Rest with God tonight.

📖 Today’s Gospel — May 21, 2026

In today’s Gospel, Jesus reveals the heart of His mission — to make the Father known so that His love may live within us. Christianity is not only about knowing facts about God, but about allowing His love to transform the way we live, forgive, and love others.

Reflection: Is the love of Christ visible in the way you treat people daily?

📖 Today’s Gospel — May 20, 2026

In today’s Gospel, Jesus reminds His disciples that they are called to live differently from the world. While the world often promotes pride, selfishness, and compromise, God calls us to be rooted in truth. His Word is meant to shape our minds, hearts, and way of living.

Reflection: Are you allowing God’s truth to transform your life?

Trust that all God's plans for us have perfect timing.

📖 Today’s Gospel — May 19, 2026

In today’s Gospel, Jesus begins His prayer to the Father before His passion and crucifixion. Even in the face of suffering, His focus was still to glorify God and bring eternal life to others. True glory is not found in power, recognition, or success, but in complete surrender to the Father’s will.

Reflection: Are you living to glorify God through your life? Or are you more focused on building your own name, comfort, and approval from others?
