We extend our prayerful congratulations to Global 2033 Philippines' Episcopal Advisor, Most Rev. Pablo Virgilio David, DD to his appointment as new Cardinal.

The announcement was made public by Pope Francis during the afternoon Angelus at St. Peter's Square, Vatican.

When He ignites the fire, and if something burns within us, it means that there is something that is being burned and burned away in order for the light to come. Let us ask the Lord that we may never be discouraged, but actually take up the call of Evangelization.“
