AYOM Council Leaders Retreat 2026

Three days of prayer, conversations, silence, laughter, learning, and grace.
As leaders, we often spend so much time serving others that we forget to pause and allow God to minister to us. This retreat reminded us that before we are coordinators, officers, facilitators, and servants—we are first and foremost His beloved.
We are deeply grateful to Mr. Allen Geoffrey Bugauan, our Retreat Facilitator, for accompanying us through this meaningful journey of reflection, discernment, and renewal. We also thank Rev. Fr. Marion Brian L. Maquiraya, ACY Team Minister, for joining us and celebrating the Holy Mass, grounding our retreat in the Eucharist and reminding us of the source and purpose of our mission.
May the stillness we encountered in this retreat continue to anchor us amid the demands, challenges, and uncertainties of leadership and ministry. May we continue to lead not from exhaustion, but from hearts rooted in Christ and committed to serving the young people entrusted to our care.
