DAY 83:

“BUSOG KAY JESUS”

MAIN VERSE: Juan 6:35

We try to feed our hearts with achievements, relationships, approval, or material things. Yet at the end of the day, may kulang pa rin.

That’s why Jesus said, “I am the bread of life.” When we come to Him, we’re not just temporarily satisfied, we’re made whole. He fills the hunger we can’t even describe.

He is our daily, soul-satisfying sustenance. And His beautiful promise? “Whoever believes in Me will never go hungry” (John 6:35).

Maybe you’re hearing this today feeling empty or unfulfilled. Friend, it’s Jesus. Siya ang kailangan mo. Accept His invitation for you today. He wants to give you blessings far beyond material things. He wants to satisfy the deep longing of your heart.

PRAYER:

Thank You Lord, for teaching us to submit and commit our plans to You because You know what’s best for us. In Jesus Name Amen!

APPLICATION:

Today, pray to God about your plans for the day. Allow Him to speak to You and write down what He is telling you to do.

DAY 82:

“BAWAL BANG MAGPAHINGA?”

MAIN VERSE: Mga Taga-Filipos 4:7

The hustle can’t stop. You can’t stop physically, mentally, and emotionally, kaya nasa breaking point ka na.

Kapatid, a life of non-stop work and constant stress is not what the Lord wants for you. Jesus set an example for us in Mark 1:21-34. The next day, instead of rushing to help them, naghanap Siya ng tahimik na lugar para magdasal nang mag-isa (v. 35).

We all need rest. And there are different ways to get it. Pero alam ba ninyo na ang pakiramdam na narecharge ka dahil sa pagbabakasyon only lasts for 2 to 4 weeks? The positive effects of a massage can last for only a few days, or a week at most. How many of us can afford a vacation or massage every time we need one? Buti na lang, spending time with the Lord is free, at kahit kailan — night or day — puwede nating gawin ito.

Kapag kailangan natin ng pahinga, we can come to our Lord Jesus. Siya ang ating mabuting pastol. We can rely on Him for security and protection. Just try Him, kapatid.

PRAYER:

In Jesus Name Amen!

APPLICATION:

Mag-set ka ng appointment with the Lord. Just spend time with Him — talking to Him and relaxing in His presence.

DAY 80:

“HOW TO CHASE THE BLUES AWAY”

MAIN VERSE: Mga Kawikaan 12:25

Are you feeling hopeless because you missed that one big opportunity and you think you will never be given another chance? Sunod-sunod ba ang challenges mo sa buhay and you feel helpless? These things and many others can cause depression gaya ng nangyari kay Mang Benjie.

Natagpuan niya sa Philippians 4:19 (NKJV) ang katotohanang “God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

In Jesus Name Amen!

APPLICATION:

Plan to read the Bible regularly and note the promises of God for you.

DAY 78:

“DI NA LALAKAD SA KADILIMAN”

MAIN VERSE: Juan 8:12

The phrase “dark night of the soul” has been used to describe a crisis of faith or a difficult, painful period sa buhay ng isang tao. Ito ’yung mga situations in life na parang wala tayong nakikitang pag-asa or a way out of our misery. This “darkness” might be because of a loss of a loved one, a debilitating sickness, an addiction, depression, or money problems.

Whichever state of “darkness” we feel we are in, there is a light more powerful than any other light we can think of.

He is Jesus Christ, the light of the world. His light is like a candle in the dark kapag brownout. It’s like a lamp or a flashlight that shed light on our path kapag naglalakad tayo sa madilim na lugar. His light is like the sun that shines on the sea on a clear dayso we can see the beauty of the beach.

We will never be the same when we have Jesus Christ in our lives. His light helps us look at things and people differently. Ang Kanyang liwanag is a comforting presence and a constant glow in the midst of grief, sickness, and tragedy. He will be the lamp that provides guidance in navigating life’s challenges (Psalm 119:105).

Jesus’ light also reveals our sins but He will help us see the beauty of His grace and forgiveness despite our mistakes and failures. The presence of His light will shed clarity on our confusion.

The light that comes from trusting in Him comes with a promise that we will never walk in darkness anymore.

PRAYER:

Dear Jesus, thank You for being the light of the world. Will You let Your light shine in the deepest and darkest corners of my life? Please help me see the beauty of your grace in the midst of my problems. In Jesus Name Amen.

APPLICATION:

Do you feel like your life is in darkness and want to accept Jesus Christ in your life? You can now pray and invite Him in your life.

16/03/2026

DAY 76:

“ORAS NA PARA MAGBALIK-LOOB”

MAIN VERSE: Juan 21:15

The Apostle Peter can relate. I will never leave you.”

Three times niyang itinanggi si Jesus kaya tatlong beses din Siyang tinanong ng, “Do you love me?” It was another chance for Peter to reaffirm his devotion to Jesus, repent of his sins, and return to God.

Tulad ni Peter, Jesus wants to restore you and love you. Kahit na we’ve broken His heart, there’s no sin too bad for Him to forgive. He is ready to cleanse and transform us.

His plans for you are good.

PRAYER:

In Jesus Name Amen!

APPLICATION:

If you have a journal, isulat mo ang anumang pagkakamali na nagpapabigat ng puso mo at ang mga hakbang na puwede mong gawin para magpatuloy muli sa iyong faith journey with the Lord.

DAY 66:

“WHEN GOD CLOSES A DOOR”

MAIN VERSE: Awit 33:10–11

Ang isa sa pinakahihintay na event — walang mintis for more than a century — suddenly, it had to be postponed. The 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics had to be rescheduled for 2021.

Truly, God can close any door. For sure, marami ang nagulantang sa nangyari. Losses were incurred by governments and the hearts of athletes, who could make it in 2020 but not in 2021, were broken. However, what was a major disappointment to many, was a blessing in disguise to others.

Nagkaroon sila ng isa pang taon to prepare. Nariyan ang ating mga pambato sa boxing who became medalists in the Tokyo Olympics namely, Carlo Paalam (silver), Nesthy Petecio (silver) and Eumir Marcial (bronze). Ang iba naman, may injuries or health challenges, such as Gong Lijao from China, who struggled with painful and swollen knees. After another year in recovery, she won the gold medal in women’s shot put. She brought home the gold, and she gave God the glory.

PRAYER:

Panginoon, thank You that You are in complete control, kahit ‘di matuloy ang plano. In Jesus Name Amen.

APPLICATION:

Sabi nila, choose the doors you knock on kasi di lahat makabubuti para sa iyo. Ask the Lord to remind you kung ano-ano yung mga pintuang sumara sa buhay mo dahil God wants to protect and redirect you. Thank Him for each one.

DAY 64:

“CAN SATAN READ OUR MINDS?”

MAIN VERSE: Awit 139:1

If angels and demons exist, what power do they have over us? Alamin natin ngayong araw ang sagot sa tanong na “Can Satan Read our minds?” as we continue on our series “Angels and Demons.”

Can supernatural beings read our minds?
If you have been curious about this, hindi ka nag-iisa. The ability to read minds is a staple superpower sa movies and novels and it can really make us wonder if beings such as angels, demons, and even Satan have this ability.

The Bible assures us that it is impossible. Theologians call this “omniscience” — the ability to know everything.

The Bible talks about this in Psalm 139:1, with David saying that God knows his secrets.

But Satan, demons, and angels can hear what we say. Kung kaya minsan, they can plan things to disrupt or distract us, especially if we are set on following and fully surrendering our lives to God.

So how can we protect ourselves from Satan and his schemes?

The Bible gives us the answers. Ayon sa sulat ni Paul sa Ephesian church, there is a real and ongoing spiritual battle that happens (Ephesians 6:12) and the way we can be protected is by wearing the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:13-17). It consists of the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God.

Obedience to God grants not only blessings but protection from the evil one.

Satan cannot read our minds. If our lives are in line with the Lord, there is nothing he can do to harm us.

Sana ay patuloy ninyo kaming patuluyin sa inyong puso para pag-aaralan natin bukas ang last part ng ating series na “What Does It Mean to Love My Neighbor?”

PRAYER:

Lord, thank You for assuring me that Satan cannot hear what’s inside my mind. You alone can do that and thank You for hearing even my deepest and most silent prayers from the heart.

APPLICATION:

Wearing the full armor of God involves obedience and surrender. Start your day with a prayer of surrender and dependence upon God.

DAY 63:

“ARE GUARDIAN ANGELS REAL?”

MAIN VERSE: Awit 91:11

“Sa kanyang mga anghel, ika’y itatagubilin, saan mang dako maparoon, tiyak kang iingatan.”

Totoo nga ba ang angels and demons? What roles do they play in our lives and what does the Bible say about them? Alamin natin ito through our new series entitled “Angels and Demons.”

But is the belief about personal guardian angels real?
Kapag binasa natin ang buong Bible, makikita natin that angels frequently appeared and had interactions with human beings. An angel ministered to Elijah when his life was threatened (1 Kings 19). Zacharias saw angel Gabriel at the temple (Luke 1). Joseph, the husband of Mary, was visited by an angel in his dreams and was given guidance (Matthew 1:20; 2:13). Si Jesus mismo ay tinulungan ng mga anghel when He was tempted by the devil in the wilderness (Matthew 4:11).

It appears that God sends angels to specific people with very specific missions, and maybe, sometimes for extra grace and protection. But the Bible doesn’t say na lahat tayo ay may guardian angel.

May personal guardian angel man tayo o wala, we do have someone better. He is none other than the Holy Spirit. Para sa lahat ng followers of Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit comforts and guides them in their everyday living.

If you are in need of guidance and protection today, believe that God is always with you. You can give all your worries to Him because He cares for you. He can protect you, and He is your ever-present help in times of trouble.

Angels are real. Not as our personal guardians, but as ministering spirits under the direction of the Lord our God. Patuloy nating alamin ang iba pang katotohanan about angels and demons sa ating series na “Angels and Demons.”

PRAYER:

Dear Holy Spirit, I need Your guidance and protection every day. Help me become more aware of Your presence and help me to trust in You always. In Jesus Name Amen.

APPLICATION:

Para mas maramdaman ang paggabay ng Holy Spirit araw-araw, pray and read the Bible. This will help you to understand who the Holy Spirit is and what He does in our lives.

DAY 61:

“HURRY UP, LORD!”

MAIN VERSE: Marcos 5:36 (MBB)

Do you sometimes feel that God is taking His sweet time kahit may urgent kang pinagpe-pray? Maybe you’re stuck in traffic. But He seems to be not listening at all.
“Lord, paki-bilis! Mawawala na ’ko sa kalendaryo!”

So many times, we feel a sense of urgency but God doesn’t seem to care. It’s as if while we are already on the edge, nakaupo lang si God, kumakain ng popcorn, at pinapanood tayo.

But God is never in a hurry. In fact, even while on the way to Jairus’ house to heal his dying child, Jesus took time to speak to and cure a woman with a bleeding problem. Puwede namang sabihin siguro ni Jesus na, “O tutal, 12 years mo na ’yang tinitiis, what is a few more hours? I’ll get back to you shortly.” But no, inasikaso siya agad ni Jesus when He felt her touch His robe. Meanwhile, Jairus might have been thinking, “Jesus naman! First come, first served dapat. Jesus didn’t brush the woman aside because He trusts the timing and rhythm of the Father.

How liberating it is to realize that if God, who is in control of everything, is never in a hurry, then we, too, can trust His pace.

PRAYER:

My sovereign Lord, forgive me for the times when I am distressed with the pressing, and most of the time, superficial concerns of this world. Thank You for the assurance that Your timing is always perfect. In Jesus Name Amen!

APPLICATION:

Surrender your concerns to God. Trust that He has everything figured out.

DAY 58:

“THE GOOD SHEPHERD”

MAIN VERSE: Awit 23:1

A boundary is something that limits or protects you from danger.

An interesting fact about the shepherd is that he has a recognizable voice and hiscommand is followed by his sheep. At the same time, his sheep feel his tender love and care because he ensures that every animal in his flock is well-taken care of.

In life, our shepherd is Jesus Christ. He leads us with love and grace. We listen to His voice, and we follow Him wholeheartedly. Psalm 23:1 (NLT) says “The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need.” It assures us that in every area of our life, we can believe that Jesus will provide.

We will face different challenges in life. But Jesus is with us. In thoseseemingly hopeless situations, Jesus is reminding us that as our shepherd, He will never leave us. He will be there to guide us in our decisions.

But we need to be sensitive to His leading daily.

In Jesus Name Amen!

APPLICATION:

Take time to read Psalm 23 in the Bible. Declare God’s promises in your life and believe that He is with you always.
