Access to safe drinking water in Pangasinan, Philippines has improved following a humanitarian initiative that provided 40 household water filters and hygiene stations to local families. The project was led by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Humanitarian Services in partnership with Waves for Water Philippines and local education officials, and it aims to address long-standing water safety concerns affecting students at Dimantal Elementary School. The intervention included training on filter use and maintenance, with the aim of improving health conditions and daily school operations in the community.
