𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟓

Today we honor the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
As our Blessed Mother is welcomed into heavenly glory, may her example lead us ever closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟓

Today, we commemorate Saint Tarcisius, the young martyr who gave his life protecting the Most Holy Eucharist. Though he was young, his love for Christ was unwavering, reminding us that holiness is not measured by age but by faithfulness. As altar servers, we are called to imitate his reverence, humility, and courage, remembering that our ministry is not simply about serving at Mass, but about drawing closer to Jesus in the Eucharist and leading others to do the same.

May the example of Saint Tarcisius inspire us to serve with sincere hearts, live lives worthy of the altar, and remain steadfast in our love for the Blessed Sacrament. Let us always remember that the greatest honor we can receive is not recognition from others, but the privilege of serving Christ with joy and devotion.

Saint Tarcisius, Patron Saint of Altar Servers, pray for us. Teach us to love and reverence Jesus in the Holy Eucharist with all our hearts. Help us to serve the altar with humility, faith, and joyful dedication, remaining faithful to Christ in all that we do. Through your example and intercession, may we grow in holiness and always draw closer to our Lord. Amen.

Today, we honor Saint Dominic de Guzman, whose life was dedicated to preaching the Gospel with truth, humility, and love. Through his example, we are reminded that a life rooted in prayer and faithful service can inspire others to grow closer to Christ. His devotion to the Holy Rosary continues to strengthen the faith of countless believers around the world.

May Saint Dominic inspire us to seek God's truth, remain steadfast in prayer, and serve the Church with joyful hearts. As altar servers, may we always proclaim Christ not only through our words, but through our reverence and example.

As we celebrate Altar Servers Month, we give thanks to God for the gift of every altar server who faithfully serves at His holy altar. May this month inspire us to grow in faith, humility, discipline, and love for the Holy Eucharist.

Following the example of our patron saints, Saint Tarcisius, and Dominic Savio, let us continue to serve with courage, devotion, and reverence, remembering our ministry's motto:

"Fideliter Servire, Humiliter Sequi"
"Serve Faithfully, Follow Humbly."

May the Lord bless all altar servers and strengthen us to remain steadfast in our commitment to serve His Church with joyful hearts.

As we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, may we reminded to have a heart that is just as caring, loving, and merciful to others, just as Jesus was to all of us. As faithful of the Church, may we be expected to love one another in one faith, and to be compassionate at all times. May our faith in the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus bless us with never-ending love and unity in times of despair.

𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭!

On this day, the Holy Catholic Church invites us faithful to celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity. Today, we honor the central mystery of our Christian faith and life: one God in three Divine Persons—the Father who creates us, the Son who redeems us, and the Holy Spirit who sanctifies us.

For us altar servers, this great solemnity speaks deeply to our calling. The Holy Trinity is the ultimate reflection of perfect unity, community, and boundless love. When we serve together, we are reminded that our ministry is never a solo effort; it requires brotherhood, mutual support, and a shared devotion to the altar.

Whenever we cross ourselves at the beginning and end of our prayers, let us do so with a deeper awareness of the massive love that surrounds us. May our service always glorify the Triune God, and may our lives witness to the unity and love of the Trinity.

Today, we recall the beautiful moment when Mary, carrying the Savior in her womb, went to visit and assist her cousin Elizabeth. Upon her arrival, Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit and exclaimed the timeless words: "Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!" (Luke 1:42).

As altar servers, the Visitation holds a powerful lesson for our ministry. Mary did not keep the joy of Christ to herself, she went out to serve. Every time we put on our vestments and step into the sanctuary, we are called to mirror that same spirit of joyful service, carrying the presence of Christ to the altar and to our community.

May our hearts always leap with joy at the presence of the Lord, just as John the Baptist did in St. Elizabeth's womb, and may we always serve with the same love, humility, and dedication as our Blessed Mother.
