The FEDERATION OF CHOIRS & MUSICIANS (FOCM) is a federation under the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM) – Philippine North Province. Music occupies an important place in parishes, schools, and centers, particularly where Salesians are present. One way to involve the young is to set up choirs for children and youth, as well as rondallas and bands. These render service in the line of music, and provide

an excellent opportunity for personal and cultural growth. This Federation can greatly enhance the interaction and exchange among these groups, and provide supplementary formation and materials.
