โœจ๐Ÿ’’

Today, we joyfully honor the Feast of the Sto. Niรฑo, celebrating the Child of Jesus, who reminds us that Godโ€™s greatest power is often found in humility, simplicity, and purity. The Sto. Niรฑo shows us that even as a child, Jesus carried the love of God to all people, teaching us that true greatness comes not from might, but from trust, obedience, and a heart open to Godโ€™s will.

This feast invites us to approach life with childlike faith, one that believes, hopes, and loves without hesitation. It reminds us to surrender our worries, our plans, and our struggles to God, trusting that He guides our steps with perfect care. May the Sto. Niรฑo inspires us to find joy in the little things, to nurture faith in our families and communities, and to live each day with devotion, humility, and gratitude. ยกViva Pit, Seรฑor!

With hearts full of gratitude, we offer to God the Service of the MOAS Officers of Year 2025 as they humbly step down from their positions. Through their dedication, sacrifices, and faithful leadership, they have served not only the organization but the Lord Himself. As this chapter comes to a close, we entrust all their efforts, challenges, and victories to Godโ€™s greater glory. May Christ, the true Servant-Leader, reward them for their generosity, strengthen them in their next mission, and continue to guide them in lives of faithful service. We pray that the seeds they have planted may continue to bear fruit in love, unity, and faith.

Well done, good and faithful servant.โ€™ (Matthew 25:21)

Today, we honor the Baptism of the Lord, an important event that marks the beginning of Jesus Christโ€™s public ministry. Even though He was without sin, Jesus humbly stepped into the Jordan River, joining sinners to show He was fully with us. As He was baptized, the sky opened, the Holy Spirit descended like a dove, and the voice of the Father called Him His beloved Son, revealing the Holy Trinity to everyone.

This feast reminds us that through baptism, we also become Godโ€™s children and are called to live with faith, obedience, and love. It invites us to renew our baptismal promises, turn away from sin, and follow Christ each day. May this celebration help us stay committed to Godโ€™s way and encourage us to show His kindness and mercy in what we say and do.

Today, January 09, we observe the Feast of the Black Nazarene, a significant celebration of faith, sacrifice, and deep devotion to Christ. The image of Jesus carrying the cross touches the hearts of millions of Filipino devotees. It reminds us of a Savior who chose to suffer with us and for us. The Feast of the Black Nazarene reflects a faith that endures, one that kneels in prayer, clings to hope, and trusts even when lives get heavy. Devotion to the Black Nazarene is not only about seeking miracles, but about surrender, repentance, and the strength to rise after every fall.

May this sacred celebration inspire us to carry our own crosses with courage, to remain faithful in every challenge in our lives, and to find comfort in knowing that we never walk alone, for Christ journeys with us every step of the way. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Today, we honor the Epiphany of the Lord, a feast that marks the revelation of Jesus Christ to the whole world. The Magi, guided by their faith, show us that Christ comes not only for Israel but for all people. Their journey reminds us that God reaches out to every heart, no matter where we come from, and invites everyone into His love. The gifts they brought, gold, frankincense, and myrrh, were more than valuable things. They were acts of worship, showing that Jesus is King, God, and Savior. The Epiphany teaches us to look for Christ with honest hearts, to listen when God leads us in new directions, and to give Him not just our possessions, but ourselves. ๐Ÿ™

May this feast inspire us to follow Godโ€™s light in our daily lives, to be open to His presence, and to reflect His love to others, becoming a guide that leads others closer to Him. โœจ
