YOUTH IN ACTION ||

"NSDP Youth Attends SHINE Youth Camp, Elim South Luzon A"

Youth leaders and members from Nuestra Señora Del Pilar de Suba Parish attended the “SHINE” Elim Youth Camp for South Luzon A on May 16–17. Held at St. Joseph Oasis Church for Spirituality in Pagsanjan, Laguna, the two-day camp encouraged young people to deepen their faith and commitment to service.

The camp featured three talks. “Shine Your Identity” by Sis. Cecile Collantes explored the diversity of youth experiences and challenges, reminding participants that God calls each person to embrace who they are and let their light shine. “Shine Behind the Darkness” by Fr. Myro encouraged the youth to remain steadfast in faith even in difficult times, affirming that God is always present. “Shine for Jesus” by Sis. Vilma Marcelo inspired participants to live for Christ and be a light to their families, communities, and beyond.

The youth ministries left renewed and inspired, with the key message that God is with us even in our darkest moments. Their faith will guide them toward the light.
