Parish Council leaders from across the Deanery of Calamba gathered for the Leadership Body Orientation (LBO) Seminar, hosted by Saint Francis Xavier Parish of Lopez Jaena.

The seminar was designed to help Parish Council members, especially newly elected officers, better understand their roles, functions, and responsibilities in serving the Church. Through meaningful discussions and shared experiences, participants gained valuable insights on leadership and teamwork in carrying out the mission of fostering a strong community of faith in each parish and mission.

This seminar served as a reminder that leadership in the Church is a call to serve with humility, commitment, and love. As these leaders return to their respective parishes, may they continue to guide their congregations with faith and dedication.

We would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the priests of the Deanery of Calamba who served as our resource speakers, as well as the volunteers and everyone who contributed their time, effort, and support to make this seminar a meaningful and successful gathering. ✨ The Camp Has Ended, But the Journey Continues ✨

After days filled with laughter, prayers, worship, learning, and unforgettable memories, we have also completed our Youth Camp Assessment. We are truly grateful to everyone who shared their thoughts and reflections. Your feedback will help us create even better experiences in the future and continue building a stronger youth community.

But as we look back on everything we experienced, let us ask ourselves: What comes next?

The true success of the camp is not measured by how much fun we had, but by how we continue to live out our faith after returning home. Will we continue to attend church? Will we remain active in parish activities? Will we continue to serve, encourage one another, and share God’s love with those around us?

We pray that the fire awakened during the camp will continue to burn in our hearts. May the friendships we formed become a source of support in our faith journey, and may the lessons we learned inspire us to become better followers of Christ each day.

The camp may be over, but our calling remains. Let us continue to grow in faith, serve with joy, and walk together as one youth family rooted in God’s love. 🌱❤️

🌱 Rooted in Faith 🌱

For four unforgettable days, we gathered not just as individuals, but as one family in Christ. Through prayers, games, worship, and shared experiences, we built stronger friendships and deeper connections with one another.

This camp reminded us that when our faith is rooted in God, we grow together in unity, love, and service. As the camp has ended, the memories, lessons, and bonds we formed will remain in our hearts.

Together, we are rooted in faith and united in purpose. ✨

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our Parish Council, to our generous sponsors, to all those who continue to support our youth ministry, and especially to the parents who entrusted us with their children and gave them the opportunity to participate in this camp. Your trust, prayers, encouragement, and support played a significant role in making this Summer Youth Camp 2026 a meaningful and successful experience for everyone.

“Ako ay Kawangis ng Diyos”

For this year’s Vacation Church School, our children embarked on a journey of faith, discovery, and growth. Through every lesson, activity, and shared moment, they were reminded that they are created in the image of God—valuable, unique, and deeply loved.

More than learning stories and teachings, they learned to see God’s presence in themselves and in others. As they return home, may they carry with them the confidence to live with kindness, respect, and love, reflecting God’s image in everything they do.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our teachers, volunteers, parents, and young participants for making this VCS a joyful and meaningful experience. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation for the unwavering support of our Parish Council, headed by Fr. Joel, our Parish Priest, and to the faithful congregation who generously sponsored school supplies and other needs for our VCS Students. Your kindness and generosity helped make this program a success and brought joy to many young hearts. 😇❤️
