To my LECCOM family,

With a heart full of gratitude, I bid farewell to all of you who have entrusted me with the role of Chairman these past two years. Though I am one of the youngest among us, (🫣🤭🥰) I have learned that leadership is not about age or titles, but about a steadfast heart and a clear purpose to lead us toward goodness. 🥰

Guiding those who are older is not a task I take lightly. It is a privilege po to serve with you, to listen with patience, and to learn from your wisdom. I have sought to amplify our shared values. Una po ang respect, kindness, integrity, and compassion so that our path forward is walked together, with humility and grace. 🙏

Thank you so much po for your trust, your guidance, and your unwavering support. Each meeting, each conversation, and each shared moment has taught me what it means to always lead with both heart and mind. Well, I confess that tears have often accompanied my moments of doubt, but they were tears of gratitude po proof lang that we have cared deeply and have given our best for the good of everyone.❤️

As I step back from the chair, I carry with me the lessons this journey has imparted, to listen more, to celebrate one another’s strengths, and to serve without counting the cost. 🙏

May the Leccom family continue to grow in unity, harmony, and faith in one another. May our future be bright with the same courage and devotion that brought us here.
Let us stay humble and kind po, be the quiet reason someone feels seen, and never hesitate to be a lighthouse of hope for others. ❤️
