Resiliency is one of the best characters of a Filipino. We, the YouFrans of Dagami and Pastrana Local Group, in partnership with UP Halcyon and Among Us Relief Initiatives are asking for your aid for the victims of Typhoon Rolly and Typhoon Ulysses.
