If you are a talented singer who is passionate about music, we encourage you to audition for 𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐄 today!

Calling all 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐬, 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐫, 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐨, and 𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐨 singers! 𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐄, the official choir of Lapu-Lapu City College, is holding auditions on the following dates:

🪩September 25 and 27, 2023 in Room 7 from 5:30-6:30 PM.
🪩September 26 and 28, 2023, in Room 7 from 4 to 6 PM.

💥𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐄 is a dynamic and diverse choir that performs a wide range of music, from classical to contemporary. We are looking for talented singers who are passionate about music and who are eager to share their voices with the community.

💥𝐈𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐄 is a great way to challenge yourself and improve your vocal skills. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced musicians and to learn from other talented singers.

Good day, LLCCians!

Pursuant to the recently released SAO Memo No 2- 2023 Issuance of Temporary ID Cards, the release of Temporary ID Cards will commence today. Below are the details.

Releasing period starts at 8:30 AM-11:00AM, 1:00 PM-4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday until September 6, 2023.

•Bring the following: - Study Load
- Black or blue pen
- 2 x 2 ID picture
• Put on your face mask when you get in the Student Affairs Office.
• The Temporary ID Card should be laminated or placed in an ID card case/holder. Each student will be given ONLY ONE Temporary ID Card.

Basic requirement of a potential blood donor:
1. Weight: at least 110 lbs (50 kg).
2. Pulse rate: Between 60 and 100 beats per minute with regular rhythm.
3. Blood pressure: Between 90 and 160 systolic and 60 and 100 diastolic (90/60 to 160/100 mmHg).
Reminders:
1. Must be in good health at the time you donate.
2. Must have slept for 6 or more hours.
3. Do not drink alcoholic drinks 24 hours before donation.
4. Drink lots of water.
5. Do not eat fatty, greasy foods.
6. Eat within 2 hours ahead of your donation.
7. You cannot donate if you have a cold, flu, sore throat, cold sore, or other infection.
8. If you have recently had a tattoo you cannot donate for 1 year from the date of the procedure.
9. If you have body piercing, you can donate after 3 months if it was performed by a registered health professional, and after 6 months if not done by a health professional.
10. If you have visited the dentist for a minor procedure you must wait 24 hours before donating; for major work wait a month.

In line with our Mayor's program and vision for safe and accessible blood for all, the City Health Office of Lapu-Lapu humbly requests and encourages all our willing and able students above 17 years old, faculty and staff, to participate in this selfless and patriotic act of volunteerism and saving lives through donating blood.

Bloodletting will be on June 17 (Saturday) at Hoops Dome.
