Last December 14, our Kids Ministry celebrated its Christmas Party filled with laughter, gifts and joyful hearts. Each child truly enjoyed the moment. Pastora Elden shared the true meaning of Christmas—reminding the children that it is not about the present, but about the Presence of God that matters most in this season, He is the reason for this season!

In this month’s lesson series, we learned that we need to PRESS on towards SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES. 💪🏻

P stands for PRAYER 🙏🏻
R stands for READING the BIBLE 📖
and in this week’s lesson we learn that E stands for ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS ❌ .

This means getting rid of things that can take
our focus away from spending time with God for e.g. playing mobile games.

In our lesson series on SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES, we learnt that we are to PRESS (P-R-E-S-S) on. Our 2nd lesson on R stands for READING the Bible! 📖

Our Bible Memory Verse says in Proverbs 4: 21, “Don’t ever forget God’s word. Keep them within your heart.” ❤️

A special way that we can read the Bible is called “Lectio Divina”which means "holy reading." 🙏🏻
