Lord God,
We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up our pastors Your servants who continue to lead, preach, and shepherd even while carrying hidden pain. You see the tears they don’t show, the battles they fight in silence, and the wounds they carry while still pouring out for others.
Father, be their strength when they feel weak. Be their healer when their hearts are hurting. Remind them that it is okay to rest, to pause, and to be held by You. Pour fresh oil upon them, renew their spirit, and restore their joy.
When they lead while bleeding, cover them with Your grace. When they feel empty, fill them again. Let them know they are not alone, for You are close to the brokenhearted and faithful to those who serve You.
Lord, surround them with encouragement, understanding, and love. May they lead not by their own strength, but by the power of Your Spirit. Heal them, sustain them, and reward their faithfulness.
In Jesus’ name,
