From June 12–15, we were blessed to visit Riverside and spend meaningful days with the young people and the whole congregation. During our Youth Hour, we shared the topic “Active vs. Productive,” reminding everyone that as Christians, it is not enough to be merely active in church activities—we must also be productive by bearing fruits that glorify God.
Throughout these days, we conducted Bible studies in Cabcab and also carried out evangelism led by the Mansilingan Youth. The Riverside Youth first observed the evangelism process, learning how to share God’s Word effectively. In the coming days, they will also have the opportunity to go out and do evangelism themselves, putting into practice what they have learned.
We also held youth activities, enjoyed fellowship, and had an acquaintance party that strengthened our bonds as brothers and sisters in Christ. On Sunday, Brother Rico delivered an inspiring message emphasizing that true Christian living is not just about being busy, but about living a fruitful life that reflects God’s will.
In addition, we had interactive activities where the youth, elders, men, and women actively participated by sharing Bible verses and reflections related to the topic. It was truly encouraging to witness everyone united in faith, learning together, serving together, and growing spiritually.
May this experience continue to remind us that God calls us not only to be active workers in His vineyard but also to be productive servants who bear much fruit for His glory.
“By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.” — John 15:8
