THE SOLEMNITY OF THE MOST HOLY BODY AND BLOOD OF CHRIST

Lo! the angel's food is given
To the pilgrim who has striven;
see the children's bread from heaven,
which on dogs may not be spent.

Truth the ancient types fulfilling,
Isaac bound, a victim willing,
Paschal lamb, its lifeblood spilling,
manna to the fathers sent.

Very bread, good shepherd, tend us,
Jesu, of your love befriend us,
You refresh us, you defend us,
Your eternal goodness send us
In the land of life to see.

You who all things can and know,
Who on earth such food bestow,
Grant us with your saints, though lowest,
Where the heav'nly feast you show,

FEAST OF THE HOLY TRINITY

Heavenly Father, Creator of all things, we praise and thank You for the gift of everything. Guide our steps and fill our heart with Your peace, wisdom, and strength. May Your will be done in all we do.

Lord Jesus, Son of God, my Savior, walk with us through this day. Help us to see You in others and serve them with love. Guard our words, actions, and thoughts that they may reflect Your love and compassion.

Holy Spirit, Breath of God, inspire us with Your wisdom and understanding. Fill our hearts with courage to face challenges and deepen our faith in every moment.

Through the intercession of Our Blessed Mother, Mary, we ask for her protection and guidance. Just as she accepted Your will with grace, help us to accept Your path for us with humility and trust.

Amen.

PRAYER FOR HOLY TRINITY SUNDAY

O Most Holy Trinity — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit —
we adore You, we worship You, and we thank You for the gift of Your divine love. On this Holy Trinity Sunday, draw us closer to the mystery of Your presence, where perfect unity, perfect love, and perfect holiness dwell forever.

God the Father, Creator of heaven and earth, lovingly watch over our lives and provide for all our needs. Teach us to trust in Your plans even when the road is uncertain.

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God and our Savior, lead us closer to Your Sacred Heart. Help us to walk in truth, humility, mercy, and obedience. May we carry our crosses with faith and always remember that Your love conquered sin and death.

Holy Spirit, Divine Advocate and Sanctifier, fill our hearts with wisdom, courage, peace, and understanding. Renew our souls and guide us to live according to God’s will each day.

Most Holy Trinity, make our homes places of prayer, our hearts temples of charity, and our lives reflections of Your goodness. Unite families, heal the brokenhearted, strengthen the weak, and inspire us to love one another sincerely.

May this celebration remind us that our faith begins and ends in You — One God in Three Divine Persons. May we never grow tired of seeking You, serving You, and praising You in every season of life.

Remain with us always, O Blessed Trinity, and lead us safely toward eternal life.

And from your celestial home
Shed a ray of light divine!

Come, Father of the poor!
Come, source of all our store!
Come, within our bosoms shine.

You, of comforters the best;
You, the soul’s most welcome guest;
Sweet refreshment here below;

In our labor, rest most sweet;
Grateful coolness in the heat;
Solace in the midst of woe.

O most blessed Light divine,
Shine within these hearts of yours,
And our inmost being fill!

Where you are not, we have naught,
Nothing good in deed or thought,
Nothing free from taint of ill.

Heal our wounds, our strength renew;
On our dryness pour your dew;
Wash the stains of guilt away:
