Equipping our leaders for faithful and Christ-centered leadership.
We thank and praise God for the wonderful privilege of sending our Church Chairman and Young People (YP) President to the NIRKCBI Newly Elected Officers and Auxiliary Officers Seminar-Workshop held at Bacolod Evangelical Church.
The seminar indeed reminded them that church leadership is not merely a position but a calling from God. True Christian leaders are not simply organizational officers, but they are servants of Christ entrusted with His flock โwhere effective leadership requires spiritual maturity, biblical integrity, humility, wisdom, accountability, orderly governance, and Christ-centered stewardship.
As leaders faithfully live out these biblical principles, the church is strengthened, unity is preserved, resources are managed responsibly, and above all, Christ is honored.
โBe shepherds of Godโs flockโฆ not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.โ โ 1 Peter 5:2โ3
May the knowledge and encouragement gained from this seminar continue to inspire our leaders to serve with faithfulness, humility, and a heart fully devoted to Christ.
