Here are some fun run safety tips to keep you and your fellow runners happy and healthy:

1. Hydrate Like a Hero ๐Ÿ’ง
Drink plenty of water before, during, and after the run. Staying hydrated keeps you energized and ready to conquer the course!

2. Dress to Impress (and Protect) ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ
Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothes and proper running shoes. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen if itโ€™s sunny out!

3. Warm Up, Cool Down ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ
Start with a gentle warm-up to get your muscles ready. Finish with a cool-down to help your body recover. Stretch it out and feel the good vibes!
