The Light of the World Community - Iligan

The Light of the World Community - Iligan In July 2014, DFOG became part of and is now called The Light of the World Community (TLOW) - Iligan Branch.

Over the years, the community grew into a transgenerational community having KAIROS (a ministry for youth adults), Friends of Jesus (kid's ministry), and partnering with Christ's Youth in Action (CYA, a movement of young people dedicated to evangelizing the youth) and Ang Lingkod ng Panginoon (ALNP, a movement of single young professionals living out the Christian faith)

We started as a small gat

hering of
singles and married couples
meeting weekly as a prayer group and introduced into community life in 1994. Formerly called Divine Family of God (DFOG) Community. A family-oriented covenant community of disciples on mission in Iligan City. DFOG became an affiliate member of the Sword of the Spirit - Christ
the King Association in June 2005.

The Family Life Ministry warmly invites everyone to this Sundayโ€™s Day of Dedication for our children ๐Ÿ’›

Parents will accompany their kids in front of the assembly as they offer them to the Lord. After this, we will have a mass re-dedication of all other children by group โ€” FoJ, JYA, YA, and CYA High โ€” together with their servants, who will also take part in the dedication.

๐Ÿ“ Join us on April 19, 2026 (Sunday), 8:30 AM at our new TLoW Center.
๐Ÿช As in our previous gatherings, bringing snacks for the kids is greatly appreciated.
